If you are looking for a refund you should call into the company as the best option is to talk with a representative about the charges. If it is fraud you should call in to cancel your card and request a refund.

There were several game and app purchases made on my account today. I did not make these purchases myself, someone has used an old device that still had my information on it and I was not aware. The payment method that was used was not supposed to be saved to my account, I never accepted to have the card saved when I made a purchase through Google store several months ago. The card that was charged does not belong to me, it is my grandmother's. She is on a fixed income and the charges that were made will overdraft her account. If you could please reverse these payments I would greatly appreciate it.
