If you are looking for a refund you should call into the company as the best option is to talk with a representative about the charges. If it is fraud you should call in to cancel your card and request a refund.

I had subscribed to Google play music for the * month free trial back in may. When I had subscribed it had told me that it would expire on Aug **th. I tried it out and was going to cancel the service before it renewed. I had just checked my bank account and you guys already changed me when I did not want to be charged. I was told on the app it would expire on Aug **th and I had even put a reminder on my phone to cancel it because it was going to expire on the **th. So I just canceled it and I would like the *.** refunded and returned back to me.
GetHuman1052381 did not yet indicate what Google Play should do to make this right.
