If you are looking for a refund you should call into the company as the best option is to talk with a representative about the charges. If it is fraud you should call in to cancel your card and request a refund.

hi my name is Paige Farris I noticed I was charged for a dollars and ninety-nine cents plan on some protection policy for Hotspot I'm really not sure why I was charged for this but I know that I didn't buy it the only reason that I realized that I was charged for it was because they sent me an email saying that my bank account payment was not setup correctly and when I went into my bank it is trying to withhold $**. ** I am not even sure how Google Play to log into my PayPal account without my permission I was not asked to enter my password before it charged me I was not in the Google Play Store Noor do I even know what a protection policy for Hotspot is so I would really appreciate it if I can get my money back and maybe have my PayPal account taken off of there mostly I just want money put back on my bank account
