The issue in GetHuman-hopeishe's own words
I want to download my mobile banking app to my android cell phone. I go online, it says I have to go through google playstore. I go to google playstore. I have to set up an account. I enter all information it says it will text me a verification code. I have to exit google playstore to get the email verification. I go back into google playstore it says I do not have an account. DO YOU SEE THE PROBLEM? THE PERSON ON TELEPHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE DID NOT!!! In order to activate my account I have to exit the playstore. Then when I go back in, the activation code is NO GOOD because it is for an account that didn't get activated, I have to start over. It has been over * hours now, I just need my mobile banking up, as in NEED the app. PS I HATE YOU GUYS
