If you are looking for a refund you should call into the company as the best option is to talk with a representative about the charges. If it is fraud you should call in to cancel your card and request a refund.
The issue in GetHuman-eilkayph's own words
I subscribed to NFL Game pass for a year. This is apparently a continuing subscription and you get billed every year unless you cancel. I don't even remember getting a notification that I was being billed last year. Did not want the subscription anyway, so forgot about it. This year on Aug.*, ****, I was notified my credit card had been charged the $**.** charge to pay for another year in advance. I cancelled immediately, but was warned there was no refund. The charge is now pending on my credit card. I was given no option to cancel before they made the charge. This is a really unethical way to do business. Is there any way I can get a refund. I am **years old, living on my social security, I don't need sneaky charges like this upsetting my life. please help. thanks,*Eileen Philips *** *******.
