Hello, i was just wondering how i can resolve this issue incase a developer doesnt respond. I tried to buy something in a game called diosa force: Salvation and the price was **.** but said it failed and never received what i bought. I immediately checked my rbc visa and i was charged. I took a screen shot of it sent it to the developet and also messaged on fb and still no response yet. I know its still recent less then ** hours but if i could get a refund someway incase they cant resolve it or dont answer i dont want to wait pass the ** hours incase. So just wondering what steps i could take if i cannot get a response from the developer as **.** is a lot of money to not work on something i want.
