If you are looking for a refund you should call into the company as the best option is to talk with a representative about the charges. If it is fraud you should call in to cancel your card and request a refund.

My stepson is Autistic, I recently gave him one of my old samsung tablets to play games while im at work because he is out of school for summer. I downloaded several games and coloring book for him. I was very embarrassed tonight when I was at the grocery store and my card declined and when I called the bank the they informed I was overdrawn! Apparently he has purchased $*** of game prizes in ** hours! I had factory reset the phone and thought all my old data was gone, i did not realize he could make purchases. Obviously i did not authorize these charges. The bank told me to try working it out with you first, so here I am begging for some one to help me get these charges reversed. I have changed my password and removed my card. He will no longer be able to make purchases. Please I am begging for someone to help??
