Hello, my name is Marc-André Gendron. I recently bought two new Huawei Android tablets for my 7-year-old son and 4-year-old daughter. I set up a code to prevent them from making any purchases. Previously, they used to play on my iPad without any issues or unexpected charges. The code I used was Eva[redacted]3. Before leaving for vacation on July 20, [redacted], I purchased three movies: Planet of the Apes, Rampage, and Ferdinand. However, my son managed to make multiple purchases on Google Play without entering the security code, charging my credit card. 1. Why was the code removed? 2. How could my 7-year-old make purchases without alerting me? 3. Why didn't this happen with my iPad? I've already cut up the credit card, and I am upset that a 7-year-old could make purchases so easily. How can I get a refund for these charges? Thank you.

My account was unexpectedly closed without explanation. The reason given was potentially suspicious charges across multiple cards. This could be due to past issues with fraudulent dating websites. After closing all cards and recovering stolen funds with Wells Fargo's help, no further problems arose. This may have triggered Google to suspend my account until they receive additional verification. Despite previously providing photos of my driver's license and debit card, they were not sufficient. Now they are requesting verification for the card ending in [redacted], which I no longer have as I destroyed it. The Wells Fargo banker will assist in submitting a copy of the card information.

My phone became locked 36 hours ago due to my ex-husband hacking into my account. His number is on my Gmail preventing me from recovering it that way. Hello, I have encountered an issue with a purchase I made in the game "Diosa Force: Salvation." I attempted to buy something for $63.99, but the transaction failed, and I did not receive the item. However, when I checked my RBC Visa account, I was still charged for the purchase. I have reached out to the developer with a screenshot of the charge and also messaged them on Facebook, but have not received a response yet. It has been less than 24 hours, but I am concerned about waiting beyond 48 hours without a resolution. I would like to know what steps I can take to secure a refund if the developer does not respond promptly. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated, as $63.99 is a significant amount of money for a purchase that did not go through.

Upon reviewing my Grandmother's bank statement, we discovered a deduction of £[redacted], depleting her overdraft limit and causing her account to be overdrawn. I typically use my card, ending in [redacted], to purchase gems for my Castle Clash game on Google Play. Except for a one-time instance where I borrowed £1.29 with her consent, I have not authorized any transactions involving her account. My 87-year-old Grandmother, surviving solely on a pension, is distressed, and I am deeply concerned about this situation. The only resolution I see is for the withdrawn funds to be promptly refunded to her account. Your urgent attention to this matter is appreciated.

I signed up for NFL Game Pass for a year, which I recently discovered is a recurring subscription with an automatic annual charge unless cancelled. I don't recall receiving a notification about last year's charge. Unintentionally, my credit card was charged $99.99 on August 1st for another year without a chance to cancel beforehand. I promptly cancelled the subscription, but unfortunately, refunds are not an option. The charge is still pending on my credit card. I find this business practice unethical and unsettling. I am reporting a theft and fraud involving the unauthorized use of ten $[redacted] Google Play gift cards. I have filed a police report and contacted the Google Play App Team to address this issue. Despite initial difficulties in communication, I have requested to speak to a manager and submitted the necessary information for review via email. The urgency of this matter necessitates immediate action to prevent further misuse of the cards. I have retained the card details and am eager to have them blocked to prevent any additional unauthorized transactions. I have been playing Marvel Strike Force for a few months, but Foxnet has drastically changed the game for the worse. I have spent over $[redacted] on in-game purchases, which is not unusual for me as I have spent more on other apps through Google Play. However, with Foxnet's negative alterations, I feel like my investment has been wasted. I attempted to get a refund through Google Play, but my request was rejected. Any assistance would be appreciated. I am seeking a refund for all purchases made in Marvel Strike Force. Foxnet's practices, such as bait and switch tactics and unfair advantage given to some players via A/B testing, are questionable and possibly illegal. Their decisions have made the game more demanding for players with diminishing rewards. I don't mind spending in-game as long as it's fair for everyone, and no one gains unjust advantages at the developers' discretion. Despite reaching out to Foxnet for a refund, they declined, which feels unethical and possibly against the law.

I have been using the Reward Stash game without any issues. However, my boyfriend installed it on his phone, and, unexpectedly, he was permanently banned from playing after collecting over $8. I also received a violation message when I inquired about this issue. The email response indicated that neither of us could play. I carefully reviewed the terms and services, but there was no mention of such restrictions. It seems unjust that we can't access our earnings while the developers keep the sponsor payouts. I had accrued over $5, and he had over $8, but now we are unable to redeem anything. This situation does not sit right with me. It's concerning how the developers can control who can play their game even when users are abiding by the rules. I was using the app in the background, while my boyfriend was playing on his phone when he was suddenly banned. This experience has left me disappointed and confused. I hope this issue can be addressed and resolved promptly.

Today, I received a call informing me that I was granted $9,[redacted]. As a newcomer, I was asked to create an account with the granting company and pay a $[redacted] registration fee. Being 18 with no bank account, I was directed to purchase Google Play cards worth $[redacted] at Walmart. Unfortunately, I could not find a $[redacted] card, so I bought two $[redacted] cards and one $50 card. This turned out to be a scam. I still possess the receipt of the purchase detailing the time and location. I can provide the card codes for verification, hoping to receive a refund. Thank you for your assistance. I am trying to download my mobile banking app on my Android phone. After going online, I was directed to the Google Play Store to install the app. However, when I tried to create an account, I encountered issues. Google Play Store requested a verification code via text, but I had to leave the app to check my email for verification. When I returned to the Play Store, it did not recognize the account I tried to create earlier. This loop has wasted over 2 hours of my time, and I urgently need the banking app. I hope to resolve this frustrating situation promptly.

I contacted customer support to resolve an issue with transferring my purchased books from BlackBerry to my current phone. Initially, I spoke with a male agent who had me clear Google Play Store and Google Books data and cache. However, my phone disconnected. Upon calling again, I was assisted by agent Bliss, who guided me through the process. Unfortunately, after following the steps, my library in Google Books disappeared on both my tablet and phone, and the purchased books are no longer accessible. Additionally, my contacts got mixed up, and I lost some numbers in my text messages. I send scriptures daily and need help to fix this. Can someone please reach out to assist me?

I have identified unauthorized charges on my Google Play account linked to cards ending in [redacted] and [redacted]. These transactions were made without my permission by a family member who previously had access to the account. The minor responsible has been restricted via parental controls. The charges relate to purchases within the game "Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes." Attempts to contact the developer via the provided email have been futile as it is an automated no-reply address. The publisher offers no avenue for support in this regard, lacking a support phone number, refund section in their ticket system, or helpful live chat assistance. Despite meeting refund policy requirements, my refund requests on Google Play were swiftly denied. I am a gamer who recently encountered issues with the new version of Gam of War. My account was mistakenly charged $[redacted] due to purchasing packs from pop-ups. Despite successfully buying the first four packs, subsequent attempts were blocked after being charged nine more times. The game also had major glitches causing missing items and losses. I have been trying to contact Machine Zone since the beginning of the month, but my card shows error 1301c each time I try. The missing packs have not been credited by Google Pay, leaving me frustrated. I am considering boycotting Machine Zone and Google until this matter is resolved. I enjoy playing Titan Throne. Recently, I had an issue predicting when the next server was opening. Concerned about falling behind, I started early. However, a new server opened a few hours later, leaving me far behind. I've invested more money trying to catch up and would appreciate a play credit instead of a cash refund. I'm willing to put more money into the game if I can start over on the newest server as intended. I trust Google Play services and have not requested refunds before. I have made significant investments in various games on Google Play, including Clash of Clans, Clash Royale, and Game of War, totaling almost a grand. After numerous attempts to contact the developers of War and Magic without success, I am now seeking a full refund for the money I have spent on the game. Following a recent game update, all the investments and upgrades made were wiped out, which has affected many customers like me. Despite reaching out to them with screen shots as proof, I have not received any response from their customer service. I no longer wish to continue using their services after experiencing this loss without any explanation. It is frustrating to invest significantly in the game only to wake up one day and find everything gone due to arbitrary updates. I have evidence to support my claim and I am willing to provide it if necessary to facilitate the refund process. I regret having to escalate this to Google Play, but the lack of response from the game developers leaves me no choice. I hope to receive a refund and prevent others from facing similar issues. I have encountered three hacking incidents with my credit card, and your company has requested additional verification due to security concerns. As a person with legal blindness and a severe disability, fulfilling these requests is challenging. Upon finally contacting a representative, I felt they were dismissive and even laughed at my predicament. After requesting to speak with a supervisor during the lengthy call, their unprofessional behavior was witnessed by others. I asked for a supervisor callback within 24 hours, specifying not before noon on my home phone number. Despite my attempts, changing my MasterCard number has been unsuccessful. Although Visa accepted the change, it remains locked due to unauthorized charges on the old MasterCard. Attempts to contact Google Play for assistance were also unfruitful, with the added frustration of losing a $50 gift card from JCPenney.
