I downloaded Battle Islands on my Android tablet and made progress in the game. However, I encountered an issue with redeeming a Google Play card for $25. I have multiple Gmail accounts linked to my device, but the game is stuck on one specific email where I did not redeem the code. Even though I selected the correct email with the funds, the game remains attached to the wrong one. I need assistance in resolving this so I can continue playing on the correct email account.

Hello, I recently purchased the music album "Power Surge" by The Creation and an additional track from the same group on Google Play using my computer. After downloading the files, I noticed they were in a zip format. I used WinZip Universal to extract the files but encountered issues - the files seemed corrupted, froze my computer, and made it slow. I restarted the computer to resolve the issue, but the files still won't play, and the metadata is missing. Typically, when I buy music from Amazon, the downloads are in MP3 format with all the necessary information. Could you please advise if the files should be in zip format upon downloading from Google Play, as I'm hesitant to re-download the album in fear of being double charged. Thank you for your help.

Issue: I had my phone stolen at a festival in France three weeks ago and I am unable to track it anymore. I hold no blame towards Google for this unfortunate incident. I am seeking assistance to locate my valuable Android phone that had important photos and data on it, which impacted my festival experience. I would greatly appreciate being able to track my phone. I am hopeful that if Google retains any data on devices' IMEIs through services like Google Play, they could potentially assist in identifying the device with the IMEI number [redacted][redacted], which I believe is now in the possession of the thief. A police report has been filed regarding the stolen phone. Best regards, Eero Jaatinen

While I was playing my Scatter Slots game, I heard a knock at the front door. I set my phone down, and when I returned, I picked it up and accidentally made a purchase for $90.99 by tapping the screen. I've been playing this game for three years and never experienced this before. After contacting Murka, they directed me to contact Google Play for assistance. I've been trying all night without success, as I'm not very tech-savvy. I have not played the game since the incident, but I noticed part of the in-game purchases (lottery tickets) decreasing from 15 to 6 without my involvement. My usual purchases are between $1.99 and $4.99. I'm on disability and cannot afford this mistake. I need help resolving this issue.

I contacted customer service on July 14th regarding an app issue where I was charged a day earlier than the free trial end date. The app showed the trial ending on July 15th, but I was charged on the 14th, causing my account to go negative. I asked for a refund of $95.99 and canceled the subscription. The customer service representative confirmed the cancellation and said the pending transaction would take 24 hours to clear. However, after 2 days, the $95.99 charge for "Simple Habit Meditation" is still pending. I urgently need this resolved as I require access to my funds. Please assist with the refund. My account email is [redacted], zip code is [redacted], and the Mastercard's last digits are #[redacted]. Thank you.

I received a call from E-loans.com informing me that I was approved for a loan I applied for online. They suggested making a $[redacted] "good faith deposit" into my account to improve my credit score. They advised me to purchase Google Play cards totaling $[redacted] and provide them with the card numbers. However, after buying $[redacted] and $[redacted] cards and sharing the details, they withdrew the "deposit" from my checking account, leaving me overdrawn by $[redacted]. I now realize this was a scam. I wish to inform others about the misuse of Google Play cards. If you need to reach me, please contact me at [redacted]. Thank you, Kimberly C.

I recently made an in-app purchase on Fishdom, and later tried to cash out my fish bank containing 50 diamonds for a fee of $2.99. Despite attempts, the app indicated no charges on my account but then claimed I had insufficient funds. Upon review, I found multiple charges for trying to access the fish bank. Fishdom admitted awareness of such issues but could not restore the $18.00 on my gift card or aid in my purchase. Without another gift card, I risk losing the diamonds I earned. I seek assurance that future in-app purchases will not result in financial losses.

I have noticed unauthorized charges on my account for a game that no one in my household is making purchases on. Despite us not buying anything related to games, these charges are going through my PayPal, both of my bank cards, and now even showing up on my phone bill. It's puzzling how these charges are affecting my electric and gas payments, causing them to bounce. Recently, I was charged twice $49.99 within a short period. I estimate the total to be over $[redacted] in the last three months. This situation has left me unable to work due to custody responsibilities for my grandkids. I need a full refund for these unauthorized transactions as soon as possible. The charges were not approved by me and have caused financial distress. I'm looking for guidance on how to resolve this issue promptly. Thank you.

I am seeking a refund for all purchases made in the Marvel Strike Force game. Foxnet has been employing questionable and potentially illegal tactics, such as bait and switch strategies where promoted in-game characters are later weakened or made easily obtainable. They conduct unfair A/B tests on live servers, creating an uneven playing field and causing disparities in accessing in-game resources. Additionally, employees with advanced accounts stream on YouTube without disclosing sponsorships, influencing players to spend more to keep up. All decisions made by Foxnet seem to require players to invest more time, effort, and money for diminishing rewards. While I have no problem spending in-game, I expect a fair and equal playing field for all players. Despite my request, Foxnet has denied my refund, which I believe is deceptive at best and potentially unlawful at worst. I am willing to provide further details on these issues, but I am discontent with supporting a company engaging in such practices.

I have been using an app on the Google Play Store for years now, War of Warships. I have contacted the developers multiple times recently regarding abusive and extremely racist users. I have provided screenshots of this to the developers as well. The developer has not responded at all and is allowing this to continue. I will not be abused or have the money that I have paid to both Google and this developer be used to support this abusive behavior. As the developer refuses to respond, I am asking Google to take action. I request a refund for the money spent recently on this app and for Google to shut down this developer and their apps as they are allowing this type of activity to be supported by their app and, in turn, by Google. Best regards, JV

I am seeking advice on how to enhance my music suggestions. I mark songs as either "like" or "dislike" but find that I am receiving more recommendations similar to the disliked tracks rather than the ones I enjoy. Despite liking a couple of rap songs, I am constantly recommended harsher rap tunes. Additionally, I am sometimes presented with content like "Sounds of the Forest." Many of the suggested stations share common artists such as Queen and Pink Floyd. I speculate that my location near Atlanta might be influencing the recommendations towards local artists. Although I have some playlists with classical music, I have not intentionally listened to relaxing sounds recordings. I am open to suggestions on how to rectify this issue. Currently, I find it challenging to use Google Play Music as I am often skipping every other song.

My son is currently in the process of purchasing a car. He came across one on Craig's List and engaged with the seller via email. Subsequently, he decided to go ahead with the purchase and received an invoice instructing him to make payment using Google Play cards. Unfortunately, we have discovered that this is a scam, especially as the same seller had another car listed with the same payment method. While luckily we did not share the card information with the seller, my son now has two $[redacted] Google Play cards. This incident has depleted the funds he had set aside for a car. Is there any recourse available to recover the $[redacted] he spent on the cards? This loss is substantial for us, particularly when the intention was to use it towards a vehicle purchase. We would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.

For about 4 months, I have been unable to access my email that I have been using for over 3 years, [redacted] I have various subscriptions and numerous music files stored there, totaling thousands of dollars. I have tried logging in on different devices with various IP addresses, but I am still unable to regain access. When I reached out to a representative for help, they suggested purchasing a Google Play card as a solution, but I am unsure of how to use it. I urgently need to recover this account as it contains important documents and emails crucial for court proceedings. Please advise on the steps I should take to recover my Gmail account. Your prompt assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I signed up for two 30-day free trials and was unexpectedly charged for them. I am having trouble keeping track of where and when I signed up. When I received a payment issue message, which I believe was from YouTube TV, I responded that I did not want to be charged. I was testing the TV service as an alternative to satellite TV. Being disabled and on a tight budget, these unexpected charges have impacted us significantly. I have paid for services I have used in the past with no intention to deceive. Getting older makes it harder to manage these things, and if the situation persists, I will avoid signing up for trials in the future. Despite the amount not being large, it is crucial for us. Any assistance from your end would be greatly appreciated.

I recently gave my stepson, who is Autistic, one of my old Samsung tablets to play games on while I'm at work during the summer break. I had downloaded several games and a coloring book for him. Sadly, I was embarrassed when my card got declined at the grocery store, and upon checking with the bank, I found out I was overdrawn by $[redacted] due to game purchases he made within 24 hours. I had factory reset the tablet thinking my old data was removed, but I didn't realize he could still make purchases. I didn't authorize these charges, and after changing my password and removing my card, the bank suggested I reach out for help in reversing the charges. I'm desperate for assistance in resolving this issue.

On April 6, [redacted], I unintentionally deleted my March of Empires app from my Android device. After reinstalling, I couldn't access my original account as I didn't realize it was linked to Google Play. Despite multiple attempts, I had to start from scratch a few times. I even created new Google Play accounts but to no avail. Gameloft now states that my original game was connected to Google Play and only they can help recover it. After over [redacted] days of back and forth between Gameloft and Google support, I'm stuck with each pointing at the other for assistance. Here is the latest email from Gameloft confirming the link to Google Play and advising me to contact Google for resolution.

I am a player of King of Avalon: Dragon Warfare on the Google Play Store and I recently encountered an issue where I was charged for hero fragments in a purchase event. I had bought fragments for the hero Elaine and also won her outright during the event. However, when I tried to summon the hero, it consumed 20 of my hero fragments instead of summoning her. I have reached out to the developers multiple times, but only received one response before my requests were deleted. I am frustrated with this experience and would appreciate some assistance or clarification on this matter. Thank you for your attention to this issue. Sincerely, JS

I have been playing Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes for over a year. I have noticed numerous mistakes, but recent changes have pushed me to voice my concerns. I have invested approximately $[redacted] into the game. I am requesting a refund for my purchases over the last 3 months due to the recent nerfing of the Nightsisters team. The game developers initially encouraged us to invest in this team, specifically for the Sith Raid. Now, it seems they are backtracking on their promises. I have dedicated a significant amount of money to build this team, as advised by the developers. This situation is incredibly disappointing, and I am not alone in feeling this way. It's disheartening that the forums are censoring negative feedback. I have reached out to in-game support, and they suggested I ask for a refund.

I recently discovered an unauthorized charge on my Sprint bill for a Playphone service since July 1, [redacted]. I'm unsure how this happened and would like to request a refund. I have not used this service as evidenced by my lack of minutes usage. The original purchase ID number provided by Sprint is [redacted], with the subscription ID being [redacted]1. The purchase date was July 1, [redacted]. Sprint has blocked future charges for this service. I kindly ask to stop the billing for this subscription and to consider refunding the charges for the months I was unknowingly subscribed. I never utilized the service due to my lack of awareness of this subscription tied to my Google account.

I am currently in Saudi Arabia and have been encountering an issue with a specific error message 'Your account is at risk, please try again in 30 minutes or contact us [OR-DVASA2-04]' when attempting to make an in-app purchase using STC as my Direct Carrier Billing option. During the purchase process, Google Play sends an account verification to STC, but it gets interrupted by this error message. Despite following troubleshooting steps and verifying my service provider's message center number, the problem persists. This has been my primary payment method, which worked seamlessly while in the Philippines with 'Smart Billing'. I am using a prepaid plan.
