If you are looking for a refund you should call into the company as the best option is to talk with a representative about the charges. If it is fraud you should call in to cancel your card and request a refund.

Hi, my * year old son got a hold of my phone when I was using the restroom. It was plugged in charging at the time. I didn't realize he even touched it until just a little bit ago when I opened my app and saw the purchase. And honestly I don't know if it's him or a fraudulent purchase. Since I was only in the bathroom for a minute and he was no where near my phone when I came out... i am saying it is him because he did it a long while ago, but after that happened i put a password on my phone so he cant get into it. I have not used any of the credits and do not plan to. I will delete the app if that's what is demanded, but I cannot pay $***.** for an app I do not play often.... it is SOLITARE. Please refund that amount. I am still going to have to pay my bank $** for the purchase because I don't have that much money in my account. Please I am out of work and pregnant right now and every dollar counts! This is going to take every dollar i have
