If you are looking for a refund you should call into the company as the best option is to talk with a representative about the charges. If it is fraud you should call in to cancel your card and request a refund.

Several purchases was made by a child using my phone. None were authorised and it depleted my life savings. I have nothing left and no means of feeding my family. I really need to speak with someone as I do no know what to do. Please help me.
