Hi again,*Below is the one of the many emails I sent to one developer whose email is *****@***.com, but he never replied to me. I already sent a message about this a few minutes ago, but without giving you all the details (I have sent many emails to developers, trying to get refunded as my ** year old daughter made a lot of purchases without my consent and was billed for it (I discovered the bills on google play, she created herself an account and her name is on all bills when she is only ** years old!). The money was then debited from my account as I pay both for her mobile and mine and this is how I found out something was wrong as I had a very expensive bill for our phones so I received an alert from my provider! My problem is that not only I have not been refunded and was ignored by some developers, but on top of that, I am being billed EVERY MONTH. This has to stop! Please see my email below to one developed who completely ignored me on the *th June!:**To whom it may concern,**My daughter, ** years old, has been billed for DIAMOND* FAME BOOM and FWR FAME BOOM (£**.** each) and I only found out recently. I never agreed to this and I just can not comprehend how she has been able to do this without my full consent! I have researched on forums etc how to deal with this and I have made a screenshot of her bill, addressed to her directly, when she is only ** years old! I need to be refunded please. I trust that Google Play will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
