If you are looking for a refund you should call into the company as the best option is to talk with a representative about the charges. If it is fraud you should call in to cancel your card and request a refund.

I have a * year old little girl with autism I've been in the hospital and left my phone with my parents because that is the way she communicates however did not know that I saved my card and I have a p***word I don't know what happened but I did not authorize any of these books please could you issue a refund as I am homeless with my little girl and live in my mother's attic and I cannot afford to lose a dollar
I trust that Google Play will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
