I am facing issues with making transactions using PayPal with a verified bank account. After successfully completing 3 transactions, I encountered an error the next day when trying to proceed with another payment. Despite having sufficient funds and a properly working bank account, I kept receiving an error message without any clear explanation. To address this, I verified my bank account with Google and intended to use it for payments. While my checking account shows up correctly on Google Payments, it doesn't appear as an option when making purchases in a game. The only available options are to pay with debit/credit, redeem, PayPal, or Verizon billing. I need assistance with this matter as I am unable to purchase play cards at my local convenience store due to unavailability, and I am also waiting for my bank card to arrive in the mail. Thank you for your help. - B.H.

I recently searched for Apple iTunes on Google and was led to a fraudulent number where I lost $10,[redacted]. If Google Play had live customer support, they might have prevented this scam. I feel foolish for trusting Google, as I never expected a fake Apple iTunes number to appear. Apple is a well-known company, and I never imagined this could happen. I have reported this to federal and fraud agencies and plan to contact the FBI. I also reached out to news channels to alert others about the dangers of Google search results and the lack of human support at Google Play. This is not a threat but a reflection of my dissatisfaction with Google and Google Play. I hope to receive assistance with this matter. Sincerely, MM Email: [redacted] Phone: [redacted]

Payment Restriction in Family Wallet. Google must rectify the issue of providing unrestricted purchase access to all users in a family plan. This lack of transparency and absence of alternatives can lead to unauthorized purchases. It is crucial for administrator approval to be a default setting for all transactions, not an opt-out feature. Google, being the entity authenticating purchases, should mandate this. As the family plan administrator, it is my duty to monitor and approve user activities, and this ability should be granted by default. I urge Google to make this a standard option for all family plans.

I am seeking refunds for a substantial number of purchases made by a family member without my permission. Unfortunately, when I tried to address this through the website, I faced difficulties obtaining the refunds. Following a conversation with Google Play Support over the phone, I successfully submitted a claim for the entire sum. They suggested reaching out to the app developer with the information gathered by Google. Despite multiple attempts over several days, the app developer has not yet responded to my inquiries.

Hello, I'm seeking advice regarding my elderly aunt who fell victim to a scam where she was contacted by someone claiming to be from the IRS. They threatened her with potential jail time if she didn't pay them $[redacted] via Google Play cards. She purchased two $[redacted] cards but didn't provide the scammers with the codes. Now she's left with $[redacted] worth of Google Play cards she can't use since she doesn't own a computer or smartphone. Is there a way for her to get a refund for the unused cards? The store manager at Kroger informed her that refunds are not possible. Given her fixed income, any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am requesting a refund for all Google Play transactions made between 12:00 am on May 21st and 8:00 am on May 22nd. During this period, my cousin borrowed my card without authorization, and I should not be held accountable for these transactions. I have already attempted to seek refunds through the Google Play website for each transaction but was unsuccessful. The responses I received stated that my refund requests did not align with the Google Play refund policy. From my understanding of the policy, unauthorized transactions made by a family member should be eligible for a refund. I kindly ask that you adhere to the refund policy guidelines and process the refund back to my card. Thank you and have a pleasant day.

I believe unauthorized charges have been repeatedly deducted from my bank account by Google. Transactions occurred on January 5th, January 22, February 22, March 23, April 23, and May 21, totaling $8.99 each time except for the $5.99 on January 5th. My interaction with a representative named "Faith" was disappointing. Faith was unhelpful, interrupted me, put me on long holds, terminated the call, and denied me the opportunity to speak with a supervisor. I request a swift resolution to this issue and a refund to my bank account. I have provided evidence of the transactions through pictures of my bank statements and Google account details. I hope for a prompt refund and action taken against the representative for her unprofessional behavior, as it reflects poorly on Google's reputation.

I signed up for a 7-day trial of the app GetDown in the Google Play Store which was supposed to transition into a monthly subscription of $19.99. I've taken steps to cancel my subscription, delete my GetDown account, and remove the app, all within 2 days. Despite confirming that I had no active subscriptions on my Google Play account, I was still charged $19.99. I would appreciate a refund and assurance that this will not happen again, as I am unable to manage the subscription personally. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to the next steps in resolving this issue.

I accidentally made a purchase of $[redacted].99 on the game app called HONKAI IMPACT 3RD. For the past four days, I've been making purchases of $1.29. Initially, the $1.29 price was on the far left, opposite $[redacted].99 on the far right. After my first $1.29 purchase, the price moved next to $[redacted].99. Unfortunately, for three days, I unknowingly purchased at the $[redacted].99 price point instead of $1.29. I missed noticing the difference as the prices shifted. I believe it's easy to overlook $[redacted].99 when used to seeing $1.29. I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused and am excited to continue enjoying the game. Thank you for your attention.

I accidentally made a purchase on the Play Store earlier today and have been trying to reach out to the developers without success. The purchase was a mistake, and I have been clear that I did not intend to buy it. I am seeking a refund for this recent purchase so I can use it for its intended purpose. I believe it is unfair that there is no prompt to confirm such transactions, especially in games like Final Fantasy VX: A New Empire, where a lag can lead to unintended purchases using Google Play credit. The purchase was made today, and the email linked to the account is [redacted] The payment method used was Google Play credit, and I kindly request a refund of the amount back to my account.

A few years ago, I was playing Celtic Heroes, a game by One Thumb Mobile available in your store. I had invested real money on in-app purchases. Unfortunately, my account got hacked, and some players reported it as a "sold/bought account," leading to its ban by One Thumb Mobile. After recently discovering this, I contacted OTM support to request the account be unbanned. We exchanged emails, and I provided screenshots of my Google account purchase history as requested. However, OTM now claims this evidence is not sufficient and refuses to lift the ban. I am seeking help to regain access to my account, with over [redacted] hours of gameplay and a significant financial investment. I may not recall all details clearly due to the passage of time but can provide any necessary information. It seems the person who stole my account has made additional purchases, complicating the situation.

I purchased a $22 package from Google Play using the Voodoo app, which had [redacted] credits. However, the credits have disappeared. I have had ongoing issues with individuals from [redacted] Deesport St. Lake Charles, LA, including Rickey Watts, Demetrius Green, Clara Drexler, Jerald Watts, and others. They are committing fraud and stealing money from the Google Play Store. I demand either my credits restored or a refund immediately. I am extremely frustrated as they have tampered with my Google account, which is for personal and business use. They are remotely accessing my account through fraudulent means. Please secure my account as they are also utilizing cameras and apps in my business. Your assistance in stopping these individuals is greatly appreciated. They are even duplicating apps and Facebook accounts for monetary gain. I have additional accounts that require securing as well. Thank you for your help.

I've been expressing my frustration with this company for a while, but today was the final straw. I spent over $[redacted] on the game, only to encounter more issues. My troops were supposed to be hospitalized but were killed instead. I feel like I'm owed hundreds of dollars, but the company never addresses or resolves the problems. They always make excuses and shift the blame onto the players. Today, I received an email from the support team that made no sense and completely ignored the raised issues. They insinuated that any errors were my fault, even though I was shielded and still suffered losses. This cost me around $[redacted] in resources. I'm extremely angry and disappointed with the lack of customer support. I want a refund for the money I spent today. I've contacted them multiple times about these ongoing problems, but they refuse to take responsibility. It's incredibly frustrating, and I've had enough of being taken advantage of.

I am experiencing a severe hacking issue with my devices and accounts for over five years. I have tried reaching out to Google numerous times for assistance, but it seems my pleas have been ignored. This lack of help has affected my life immensely as I have faced various traumatic incidents like being injured, robbed, and even having my car stolen. The apps on my devices have been tampered with, and the games I play have different rules compared to others, indicating unauthorized modifications. I have gone to great lengths seeking help by contacting my cable and cell phone providers multiple times, as well as reaching out to law enforcement agencies like the FBI, CBI, FTC, and the Attorney General. My safety has been threatened, and I urgently need someone to address these issues before more harm is done.

I am in need of assistance with my email [redacted] I have used this email on multiple phones, including the last one that is soon to be out of service. The associated phone number is [redacted], and it contains pictures of my family and grandkids. Unfortunately, the email has been hacked and I am unable to access it. I have tried numerous methods to recover it without success. I recall the old passwords, name, birth date, and security questions associated with the account. I just wish to retrieve my pictures or have them transferred to my new email [redacted] Additionally, the hacked email was linked to a Hay Day game account named "Dr. Pepper" where I made purchases using my card on Google Play. Hay Day support advised that showing them the transactions could help recover the game. I am seeking help from Google to resolve this matter promptly.

I started playing Daybreak Legends about a month and a half ago, or maybe a little less. I initially enjoyed the game and even invested money into it. However, I encountered numerous errors, particularly with the updates. On top of that, there was bullying on the server, which hindered players from completing quests and obtaining items. Cyberbullying has become a significant issue. I've reached a point where I no longer find the game enjoyable. The developers seem absent in managing the game, with constant and flawed updates. The items they provide are not as beneficial as claimed. I have uninstalled the game entirely and no longer wish to continue playing. I would like a full refund like others have received.

My 8-year-old son inadvertently charged around $[redacted] to my card for the game "King of Avalon," a purchase I did not authorize. After explaining to him the situation, I have now set up a password and parental controls on the account to prevent this from happening again. I'm seeking guidance on how to possibly refund the June 8 transaction that appears to be around $[redacted], as this is money intended for rent. I have warned him about the consequences of making unauthorized purchases. I have previously spent a significant amount on the game for him but will now switch to using Google Play cards to track his spending. Assistance in resolving these unauthorized charges is greatly appreciated, especially as this concerns my rent money that was spent without my knowledge.

I am frustrated as I have tried to reach out via email and phone with no response. I spent $[redacted] on Google Play in the first month buying seasons of Bob’s Burgers. However, suddenly the prices tripled, and I can't understand why. The lack of answers is pushing me to consider switching to another service. Why the significant price increase for seasons with fewer episodes? I need clarification as this feels unfair.

As a single mother relying on Social Security, I am struggling financially. My grandson unintentionally made in-app purchases amounting to over $[redacted] on my devices. I initially spoke to a representative who assured me the charges could be refunded as they were caught early. Today, I contacted a T-Mobile employee who mentioned that only $[redacted] was credited back to my account. This refund falls short of what was expected and was not meant to go into my T-Mobile balance. The money deducted from my account is crucial as it comes from my limited monthly savings. I need assistance resolving this issue promptly as the funds are vital to my well-being.

I've had enough! I enjoy playing games, but I don't want to keep making purchases for plays, coins, or anything else. Could you kindly disable all purchases for my games? If this isn't feasible, I may have to stop playing games through Google altogether. I recently discovered a fraud alert from my bank and may have to involve them, which would require me to get a new card and update all my billing information. I just upgraded my phone, and I'm considering using facial recognition for security. It's frustrating to think someone may have my card details. Please block any payments from going through Google Play on my account immediately.
