I'm being charged twice a month for Spotify yet I've only got one Spotify account on my phone. These payments are going out the *th and **th of every month and this has been going on since September ****. I'd like a refund for one of these accounts as I'm only using one account. **I'd like to stop my Google music app from charging me as I'm not using it yet being charged £** a month when I'm not using it. I'd like a full refund of the months I've had this taken out of my account.
I trust that Google Play will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
