If you are looking for a refund you should call into the company as the best option is to talk with a representative about the charges. If it is fraud you should call in to cancel your card and request a refund.

I made an in app purchase for **.** for a game, however right after the success notice from the play store the game crashed. I tried contacting the developer, but they dont respond (in face this has happened a few times now and then they don't respond for up to a week while the play store has a ** hour time limit for refunds.
I trust that Google Play will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
