God only knows how much more money has been taken out of my bank account, however, on Jan *th, January **, February **, March **, April ** and may ** Google has taken $*.** (with the exception of Jan *th which was $*.**).**I spoke with your rude representative who identified her name as "Faith". I gave her everything but my social security number to better assist us in resolving this issue.**Faith cut me off as I was talking, placed me on long holds, hung up on me, refused to allow me to speak too a supervisor, was confrontational and rude. My hope is that she is terminated from Google as I'm sure you do not want her behavior to negatively impact your business. **I also sent verification of the money taken from my account which was not supposed to be taken from my account. Please refund my account immediately.**Included in this letter are pictures of my banking information which supports my claim as well as my Google information which supports my claim.**I'm not sure why your representative could not confirm the same information being as though she told me how too access the same google information. **My phone number is **********.**I want my money placed back in my bank account.
