Hello, My Nest Protect has recently failed with the warning yellow light and "Smoke sensor problem". The unit is not dusty, nor do we use any harsh cleaners or regularly use candles in our house. We have only used the recommended lithium batteries. The manufactured date was **** JAN **, SERIAL * **AA**AC******T*. The item was installed in my house shortly after Apr **, ****. **I like the product and ideally would like to replaced or arrange an exchange of the item. If the *nd Gen Protect is no longer available, I would also accept a voucher towards a new unit.*Thanks, Richard
