I have had a working outdoor camera for six months, but since I changed my router to another Hub * Virgin router my camera reports off line. System also suggests that my camera is connected to another Google account. I have tried to change my virgin router password to my original network password but my new router will not accept the original password used prior to the router change. There seems no no way that i can connect the nest system to the new network with its virgin arranged password. I thought I might Factory reset camera and start from square one but reset doesnt work. Please advise a solution or chat with me,*Regards Brian Spilman
