I'm having issues with my address location on Google Maps. Delivery drivers are having trouble locating me at [redacted] SE Everett Mall Way Apt [redacted], Everett, WA [redacted]. They need to turn left when entering Fulton Crossings apartments from Everett Mall Way, and my apartment is the first on their right. Google directs them to the third building on the right, which is incorrect. This is causing problems with my Lyft rides, and I'm being charged $5 no-show fees daily. I would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved promptly. Thank you, Haytham M. [redacted]

Hello, I am the owner of Up in the Hill on Isla Bastimentos in Panama, Central America. We have noticed that many customers are having trouble finding us because our main paths are not displayed correctly on Google Maps. There are two main paths that lead to us from Old Bank town. The first path starts in Old Bank and goes past Free Spirit Inn and Coco Hill straight up to our location on the highest point of Bastimentos. The second path starts near Bastimentos Hostel and also goes straight up to us. Unfortunately, only the path to Wizard Beach is shown on Google Maps, causing confusion for our customers. It would be greatly appreciated if you could update our paths for better navigation. Additionally, there is a marker for Pure Tree Cafe near the bat cave, which is incorrect. Pure Tree is the name of our natural body product line, and the cafe marker should be removed. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, Janette

Dear Google Maps, I would like to bring to your attention that "West View" should actually be marked as Windsor Road. West View (NE9 7QQ) is a terrace located on Windsor Road, along with Westfield Terrace (NE9 7QS) and Windsor Terrace (NE9 7QN). Additionally, Red Bungalows (NE9 7QR) consist of semi-detached bungalows on the opposite side of Windsor Road compared to West View and Westfield Terrace. The maps encompassing the entirety of Windsor Road are NZ [redacted] NE, NZ [redacted] SE, and NZ [redacted] SW. As these maps are still under copyright, I can provide A4 fractions of them for your review if necessary, but I would require them back. This is an additional message to the one I previously sent either yesterday or earlier today. I am encountering some difficulty in reaching you. Do I need a Google email account to contact Google Maps? Thank you.

We have been operating a new business in Lenoir, NC for a year now and are struggling to get our phone number published. Despite changing our phone number, it still doesn't show up. Our business, Dry Ponds Self Storage, has two locations. The new location at [redacted] Connelly Springs Rd, Lenoir, NC is not appearing correctly. The other location at [redacted] Dry Ponds Rd, Granite Falls, NC [redacted] is correctly listed. If you search our address [redacted] Connelly Springs Rd, Lenoir, NC on Google Maps, it shows Dollar General and Western Union instead. The address for these businesses is actually [redacted] Connelly Springs Rd, Lenoir, NC, causing confusion for our customers. Dollar General trucks are often directed to the wrong location. Please assist us in getting this issue resolved. Our email for the Google My Business listing is [redacted] Thank you for your help.

I have a concern about Google Maps. It wrongly labels my driveway as W800S in Provo, Utah, causing issues for both the city and me. I attempted to provide screenshots but encountered technical difficulties. Please search for "[redacted] S [redacted] WEST, PROVO, UT [redacted]" on Google Maps for reference. The area identified as "W800S" to the east of the house is a vacant lot sold by Provo City after the address assignment to [redacted] S [redacted] WEST, PROVO, UT [redacted]. 500S now serves [redacted] S [redacted] WEST, PROVO, UT [redacted]. The correct information is shown on the Utah County Assessor’s map, confirming my claims. The map displays W800S ending at my north lot line and forming a T-intersection with 500S, contradicting what Google Maps displays. This error is causing confusion and potential hazards. I hope Google Maps resolves this quickly for accuracy and safety reasons.

My address is [redacted] Sylva Circle, Bonifay, FL [redacted]. When you input this address in Google Maps, the pin is misplaced by more than half a mile to the East on Happy Hollow Road. Delivery services like DHL and Fedex often struggle to deliver packages accurately due to relying on Google Maps for directions. Despite my efforts over the years to correct this on Google Maps, the issue persists. The problem lies in Google Maps mistakenly displaying Sylva Drive, which doesn't exist. Sylva Circle is a small boomerang-shaped unmarked road, while the shaded line labeled Sylva Drive is actually a row of power poles cutting through part of my land with no road present. For an accurate view of the needed correction, please search for [redacted] Buck Treadwell Road, Bonifay, FL [redacted]. When delivery exceptions occur, as they have twice this week, I guide the carriers to this address where they can visually confirm the correct location using the street markers on Sylva Circle and my mailbox. I kindly request assistance in rectifying this mapping error. If additional materials such as photos or diagrams are required, please inform me. Thank you, Mike L.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my address not showing correctly on Google Maps, along with [redacted] other residents in my condo complex at Surrey Gardens NW, Edmonton. My legal address is [redacted] Surrey Gardens NW, Edmonton, AB T5T 1Z3, but Google Maps incorrectly changes it to [redacted] [redacted] Street, which does not exist. This causes problems with deliveries. Despite attempting to correct the address on the website, it changes to a generic address for all residents. The complex borders 69 Ave, between [redacted] Street and [redacted] Street, with individual units like [redacted] Surrey Gardens or [redacted] Surrey Gardens. I am uncertain how to rectify this issue as drivers rely on Google Maps for navigation, impacting the entire complex. I had to remove my address from the app to prevent it from becoming the default address for everyone. Kindly assist with resolving this address confusion. Thank you. - Peggy M.

I have reported twice about Google Maps misdirecting traffic into our Whitmoor Subdivision in St. Charles, MO [redacted]. Despite being notified that changes were made, the information remains incorrect. The subdivision has two entrances: one at Wolfrum Road, open to the public, and another at Northgate Lane, gated and accessible only to residents. I have sent photos and explained that routing traffic to Northgate Lane is inaccurate. This gated area is exclusively for residents with gate tag access to enter and exit the community. All vehicles must use Wolfrum Road for entry and exit. The updated directions still lead to Northgate Lane, which is wrong. We request that all traffic be directed to the Wolfrum Road entrance. Northgate Lane access is gated and for residents only, needing a gate tag for entry. Please update the directions to route through Wolfrum Road for both entry and exit of the Whitmoor Subdivision. For further clarification, feel free to reach me at [redacted]. Best regards, Pamela Hartman Vice President/Streets Liaison Whitmoor Homeowners Association

I am experiencing issues with my listings on Google Maps. I had multiple addresses linked to my business, but now all three have been removed, citing that my address is invalid. This impacts my limo company, as I prefer not to disclose my office or house address for privacy and security reasons. I have been operating from the same address since [redacted], receiving mail at [redacted] N Scottsdale Rd #[redacted]. Due to recent vandalism at my house and office addresses listed, I seek guidance on resolving this issue. Many other limo companies use the same business address as mine. I am considering obtaining a separate address solely for business purposes. Not having clients visit my residence allows me to operate with minimal cars. I have noticed other companies on Google Maps only show a service area without a physical address. I am exploring if this could be a suitable solution for my business situation.

We have lived at this address for 42 years and faced ongoing issues due to a discrepancy with our house number allocation. The Post Office assigned us an ODD number traditionally placed on the left side of the road, opposite to our actual residence on the right side. Despite our continuous efforts to rectify this, the situation persists. With the rise of technologies like Google Maps, our address inaccurately links to an abandoned property on the left, leading to misdirected deliveries left exposed to the elements. We kindly request for the map pin to be adjusted approximately [redacted] ft. further down Pine Acres Rd., to the right side, aligning with [redacted]. This simple correction would prevent future misdeliveries and confusion caused by GPS navigation systems. Any assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.

I am the owner of [redacted] Shores Road in Goodsprings, Tennessee. When I check Google Maps, it wrongly indicates that James D. Oakley has a restaurant on my property. I request that you correct this error by removing the James D. Oakley restaurant from the map. My name is Robin Asel, and you can reach me at [redacted]. It is urgent to address this issue as people are mistakenly coming to my property looking for a non-existent restaurant. There is no restaurant named James D. Oakley on my 11 acres of land. I kindly request a prompt response and resolution regarding this matter. Thank you.

The contact number for the office of The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary (State Board) in Pune, India is [redacted]0. However, many individuals, including schools, junior colleges, parents, and students, need to reach the Divisional Office of The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary in Pune. Unfortunately, on Google Maps, the Divisional Board's contact number is missing, leading people to mistakenly call the State Board's office at [redacted]0 instead of the correct number [redacted]1. This mix-up causes inconvenience for all parties involved. To address this issue promptly, please update the contact information on Google Maps to display the correct telephone number [redacted]1 for the Divisional Board's Office.

This morning, while traveling to a job interview in an unfamiliar location, I relied on Google Maps for directions. Unfortunately, the app led me onto a road named "Waldstrasse" that only allows walkers and bikers, not cars. Attempting a U-turn, I ended up stuck in mud and collided with a cement pole, resulting in damage to my car and a great deal of stress as I was now late for my meeting. I had to find an alternate route, causing further inconvenience. This incident has impacted not only my time but also my family's finances, as we are unable to afford repairs for our new car. I urge the team to promptly address this issue to prevent similar accidents in the future. It's vital to review the roads for suitability for driving. I hope for a resolution and improvement of the app's navigation to ensure safer journeys for all users. Thank you. - A.S.

In Liverpool, NY, there is a concerning issue with a low clearance railroad bridge that has led to numerous accidents involving over-height vehicles, some resulting in fatalities. Recent incidents have highlighted the dangers of relying solely on GPS navigation instead of paying attention to road signs. To prevent further tragedies, it is crucial that map and GPS apps include warnings about the bridge's height restriction, directing commercial vehicles to use alternative routes like Old Liverpool Road. This simple addition could save lives by preventing drivers from blindly following directions that may lead them into dangerous situations. By advocating for this safety feature to be incorporated into popular apps such as Google Maps and Apple Maps, we can help ensure drivers are well-informed and avoid hazardous routes, ultimately making the roads safer for everyone.

I am experiencing an issue where Google maps shows my address as being located 50 kilometers away from where it actually is. Despite my efforts to provide accurate details including mapping coordinates, I have not been successful in getting Google to correct this error. My house is situated on Highway 3B near Rossland, BC, Canada, but it keeps showing up on Highway 3 near Salmo, BC. I have shared satellite view coordinates of the house along with a URL to the garage, but the location still remains incorrect. I am hoping to connect with a responsible individual at Google who values accuracy and can assist in resolving this discrepancy promptly.

Hello, I wanted to bring to your attention a mistake on Google Maps regarding my address. When inputting [redacted] S. Mulberry Ave, Adrian, MO [redacted], Google Maps incorrectly shows it as [redacted] S. Mulberry STREET, Adrian, MO [redacted], which doesn't exist in Adrian, Missouri. Additionally, on the map, Mulberry Street seems to curve to the west, but it should actually become Waggoner without the street designation. This error causes issues when ordering items for delivery as the address is deemed unlocatable. My house, established in [redacted], has always been identified as [redacted] S. Mulberry Ave. I believe the mistake lies with Google rather than Adrian or Bates County in Missouri. Your prompt correction of this information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your quick and efficient attention to this matter. Best regards, Tammie L. Mason

I reside on Vinemaple Road (one word) in Jewell, OR, a rural area served by the Seaside, OR post office despite being 30 miles away. Google Maps mistakenly lists Vinemaple Road under Cannon Beach, a town only 10 miles from Seaside. I have confirmed with local authorities that there is no Vinemaple Road in Cannon Beach. To locate my home accurately, I had to input Vine Maple Drive into Google Maps. This error has led to confusion for me and my neighbors, causing contractors to journey to Cannon Beach (38 miles away) before realizing the mistake and returning. I urge Google to correct Vinemaple Rd in Seaside (Jewell area) to reflect the Seaside address, postcode [redacted], and eliminate the non-existent Vinemaple Rd in Cannon Beach ([redacted]). I first reported this issue months ago and it continues to cause problems. Please rectify these inaccuracies to prevent further inconvenience.

I need assistance with Google Maps. The road called C.K. Troxler Road is the same as NEW ROAD in Normandy TN. However, when I enter my address at [redacted] New Road, Google Maps directs to the county line just beyond [redacted] New Road. If you input [redacted] C.K. Troxler Road (which is also NEW ROAD), it correctly leads you to [redacted] C.K. Troxler Rd. Moreover, typing in [redacted] New Road takes you to the corner of Red Hill Road. This confusion causes emergency vehicles to struggle locating addresses. Most GPS systems only display NEW ROAD, causing further issues. It is unsafe to have two names for the same road, and we wish to officially change the address to NEW ROAD, the same address as my neighbor. This situation is concerning and needs to be rectified promptly.
