I would like to request an update to my home address on Google Maps. Currently, my address ([redacted] Twinleaf Ct. Fayetteville, NC [redacted]) is displayed on the wrong side of the street compared to all the other addresses in the neighborhood. The odd number addresses should be on the right side of the street while the even numbers should be on the left side, but Google Maps shows them incorrectly. This creates confusion for visitors and delivery services, as Garmin GPS also relies on your maps and directs people to the incorrect side of the street. It would be greatly appreciated if this error could be rectified, as Google Maps used to display the addresses correctly until a recent change. Thank you.

I've noticed that my Garmin GPS is consistently showing the wrong side of the street for my address at [redacted] Twinleaf Ct, Fayetteville NC [redacted]. On Twinleaf Ct, all odd-numbered houses like mine should be on the right side when coming in, and even numbers should be on the left. It seems that this information has been reversed recently. This creates confusion for visitors using Garmin GPS, as they end up on the wrong side of the street. Your assistance in correcting this issue would be greatly appreciated.

My Garmin and Google Maps are displaying incorrect information about the addresses on my street ([redacted] Twinleaf Ct. Fayetteville, NC 28[redacted]). The odd numbers are on the right side while the even numbers are on the left side, but the maps are showing the opposite. This causes confusion for visitors using the navigation systems. I kindly request that this issue be fixed promptly. I can be reached at [redacted] or [redacted] Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I would like to apologize for any confusion caused. Over the years, you have provided assistance with setting up accounts for kids' games. Despite feeling like you were facing a difficult challenge, I appreciate your support. I am somewhat naive, but this is not a refund matter. I am seeking to have a conversation with a customer service representative regarding the locations my grandkids are accessing in the games, as they receive credits for it. They play while I'm driving, and speaking on the phone helps keep my mind active due to my disability. My grandkids have $5.00 on Google Play, while I have none. I assure you that a 7-year-old and a 13-year-old do not provide detailed answers. I recently discovered that they switched accounts on me. Their account is [redacted], whereas mine, under which all accounts should be registered, is [redacted] I should be receiving credit for the reviews. How can I allow them to play on that account without affecting mine?

For the past 7 to 14 days, my Sync Up Drive Device has been showing my car parked at an incorrect address, [redacted] N. Cherry St, Lancaster, Ohio [redacted]. This address does not exist according to my mailman. My actual address is [redacted] N. Cherry St, Lancaster, Ohio [redacted], which is where it should display my car parked. I have owned this device since November 12, [redacted], and it has always correctly shown my car parked at [redacted] N. Cherry St, Lancaster, Ohio [redacted]. Please address and rectify this issue with my Sync Up Drive Device as soon as possible. T-Mobile directed me to contact you for assistance with this matter. Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue. Sincerely, Bernadine M.

Google Maps has been directing traffic onto my private driveway, causing maintenance issues that are expensive to fix. The driveway, located off Big Flat Road and connecting to Sherman Gulch Road in Missoula, MT [redacted], is completely on private property and maintained privately. Despite submitting requests to change this on Google Maps on Aug 15 and Aug 27, [redacted], I have only received an initial automatic reply. This road is shared by four private property owners, with no public access. It is currently listed as an unnamed road on Google Maps. Any help in getting this road removed from the mapping system would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, N. Lange.

I reside at Red Oak Cir, Helena, AL [redacted], which remains as my correct address with the postal service. Google Maps erroneously altered the name, causing confusion for delivery drivers. The correct location for Red Oak Road is in the Red Oak Farms development, just before River Road, approximately 7 miles south off County Road 13. The section labeled Red Oak Cir on Google Maps extends from County Road 13, then veers right at the fork until it forms a circle at the end. Beyond that point, where Google Maps shows Red Oak Cir continuing straight past the fork, is in fact a private drive. This misinformation is causing undue inconvenience to me and others who mistakenly end up here. The map must be corrected to prevent future confusion.

The street name where I live is incorrect on Google Maps. Despite multiple requests on the app, my address [redacted] 4 Lazy F Ranch Road is labeled as Headquarters Road in Moose, Wyoming [redacted]. The mapping error impacts the numbering of the houses in the area, causing issues with my phone company. I am requesting assistance to correct the road name to reflect the accurate addresses on our street. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly. - A. E.

I am the owner of a commercial property located at [redacted] W McDowell Road, Phoenix AZ [redacted] with 4 current tenants. Upon reviewing Google Maps, I noticed an additional listing for a business, "Lock Smith Phoenix," which is not affiliated with my property. Despite several attempts to contact them and request removal, the unauthorized listing remains. I kindly request assistance in removing this listing promptly. I am concerned about the authorization process for adding businesses to Google Maps. Could you please provide information on how this verification is conducted? I urge immediate action to address this issue to avoid legal repercussions against both the unauthorized business and your company. I trust this matter can be resolved promptly. Thank you, Owner: B.K.

I have noticed an inaccuracy regarding the distance to the beach in my VRBO vacation rental listings for two townhomes. The map correctly shows the location, but the information sourced from Google states it is a "7 min drive to the beach," which is impacting my ability to rent the property. Other listings in the same building correctly state a 1-2 minute walk to the beach. I have spoken to VRBO customer service, but they mentioned they are unable to modify the information as it is provided by Google Earth maps. Please have this corrected. You can see the issue on my listings at www.vrbo.com/[redacted] and www.vrbo.com/[redacted]. For comparison, you can view accurate listings at www.vrbo.com/[redacted] and www.vrbo.com/[redacted]. Thank you for your assistance. Debi Price [redacted]

I need assistance with an incident that occurred on February 21, [redacted] at approximately 4:53pm on Old Farm Road in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina [redacted], USA. I was in a car accident where another driver hit my vehicle while driving on the wrong side of the road. Despite me being on the correct side, the collision took place on my lane. After the accident, a sheriff instructed me to move my car from the road. Subsequently, a police officer, who arrived later, blamed me for the incident and produced an inaccurate report. I am unfairly accused as the responsible party and the officer seems unwilling to consider my perspective. I require evidence of the accident to accurately reflect the sequence of events and clear my name. I am curious if your satellites have footage capturing the accident to support my case. Your assistance in providing this footage is greatly appreciated.

My address is currently listed on a non-existent dirt road, causing a lot of confusion for my customers who are trying to locate my business. This mistake is leading to significant losses for me as I am actually located 10 miles away from that incorrect address. I have raised this issue multiple times with no resolution. Please contact me urgently at [redacted] to rectify this situation before I have to escalate it further.

I reside at 4 Turnbury Court in Trophy Club, Texas. I recently noticed that images were captured of our neighborhood, including me retrieving my mail, without my permission. These images are being used by real estate agents to guide potential buyers to a property for sale. As I have not consented to this, I request the immediate removal of these photographs from Google Maps. I have resided in my home for 21 years and find it concerning that my privacy has been invaded in this manner. Failure to comply will result in legal action.

My house is listed on Google with a picture, but the issue is that my car with my tag number is visible, providing personal information. Additionally, my property and my neighbors' are receiving postcards with images of our homes saying "WE WANT TO BUY YOUR HOME" or "SECOND NOTICE - WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO CONTACT ME?" This is causing distress as our homes are not for sale. We have received 30 postcards so far. Someone mentioned that they pay Google to do this, which feels like a violation of privacy and harassment. Can something be done to stop this unwanted attention, or do we need to consider legal action together? Clarification on this matter would be appreciated.

I am unsure if my family BUSINESS address is displaying as our home address for deliveries. Packages meant for home often end up at the business. This reversal used to happen both ways, but I am uncertain if it still does. The issue involves various deliveries, not just one service, including pizza, UPS, FedEx, and local deliveries. While it does not occur every time, it has been witnessed on my mother's phone and those of friends and family. This situation makes me uneasy as it exposes our home location to everyone visiting the business. I am frustrated by the lack of a support phone number and had to search extensively to find a way to report this issue. Email may be convenient for your AI system, but there should be options for traditional customer service, especially for older customers like my parents.

I own a car body repair shop in Nottingham, and we are experiencing difficulties due to our postcode leading customers astray. Instead of directing them to my business, the current postcode, NG2 4BG, takes them to an unnamed road in an inconvenient location, impacting my customer flow and causing losses. I have previously reported this issue, but unfortunately, no action has been taken so far. Is there a technical reason behind this problem, or can it be fixed? I am eagerly waiting for a prompt response to assist with this matter.

I need help correcting my address on Google Maps. Within my subdivision, approximately 29 homes have the wrong city name displayed when selected on the map. Additionally, when anyone tries to type in my address, the autofill feature inputs the incorrect city name. I have attempted to provide feedback to Google Maps multiple times, but there doesn't seem to be a way to update this information directly. Unfortunately, contacting them via phone only leads to automated options, and I can't find a direct email address to resolve this issue. My address is 2S114 Churchill Lane, Glen Ellyn, IL [redacted], but all the homes on my street are incorrectly listed under Glendale Heights instead of Glen Ellyn. It seems to be an issue specific to Churchill Lane in my neighborhood.

As a new store, we are located at [redacted] FM [redacted], Ste [redacted], Lewisville, TX, [redacted]. Numerous customers have mentioned that Google Maps directs them to the wrong end of our strip mall where a pharmacy also sells our products. This is leading to customer loss. When I checked on my own phone, I saw how misleading the map is. It shows our spot where the Community Pharmacy is, but we are actually in a separate building between 3D Smoke Shop and Nick's Pizza and Pasta. Please correct this issue to prevent further customer loss. I am anticipating an email response on this matter as I couldn't find a phone number to address my concern. Thank you! Kara J. [redacted]

I need assistance with updating the location details on Google Maps for [redacted] Liddle Ave, a condo unit ([redacted]) in Building B of The Village of Historic Clara Barton Condominiums, for seniors aged 55 and up. The current image and location on Google Maps are inaccurate, showing an adjacent private road that does not belong to the complex. The displayed image misrepresents the property and its surroundings. The correct address should reflect the condo units within the designated complex. Please rectify this error to provide accurate information for all residents in The Village at Historic Clara Barton Condominium Complex residing on Liddle Ave.
