I used Google Express to search for dressers for my daughters' rooms. I found one I liked but there were no dimensions provided, so I called to get them by giving the item number. I ended up ordering two of them due to the price but received two 2x3 rugs instead. When I called for clarification, I was told that I would need to pay for the return shipment because it was ordered through Google Express. It seems there was a mix-up in Google Express's advertisement with the wrong picture and price. So far, no one has provided a solution, but I will keep trying. It's frustrating when people offer apologies for inconvenience but fail to offer a resolution. My name is Dodd Crawford, and I hope this situation gets resolved soon.

On January 28, [redacted], I received a DuraBeam Plus 22-inch queen size mattress that unfortunately arrived with multiple holes. I am seeking a refund or a replacement bed from the company. I strongly believe that I should not be responsible for shipping costs due to the mishandling of the product either by Innovative or Google Express. I have been in contact with Google Express, and after speaking with three individuals, including two customer service representatives, my issue remains unresolved. Despite sending pictures of the damaged mattress to Cozy, whom I assume is the manager, I was informed that return labels were being sent to me, although I had not confirmed that I wanted to return the mattress. Despite requesting to speak to a manager and being promised a callback, I have yet to receive any response as of February 4th. This situation has left me with a unusable $65 mattress and no solution in sight.

I noticed that Collections Etc offers free shipping on items over $15 and there is a promo code APRSAVE19 that gives 20% off purchases over $15. I tried to buy two items for $7.97 each, totaling $15.94 to qualify for both offers. However, only the free shipping was applied. The website's exclusions mention that two promos cannot be used together, but it only refers to the 20% discount as a promo, not the free shipping. The free shipping offer also doesn't specify that the total after discounts need to be $15 for it to apply. I'm unsure how to get the correct 20% discount of $12.75 and still receive free shipping. I couldn't find a direct way to contact Collections Etc, and I'd prefer not to involve a middle man. These pricing discrepancies might affect my decision. Thank you.

I have noticed that the product listings for the Minn Kota Terrova 80 Trolling Motor with i-Pilot & Bluetooth, No Foot Pedal 24V 80lb 60" on both MyGreenOutdoors and Star Marine Depot websites display an incorrect image. The picture shown is for a higher-priced model that includes a transducer, creating confusion for customers. Only MyGreenOutdoors mentioned in the details that it does not include Universal Sonar. It is crucial for these companies to update the images to accurately represent the product to prevent misinterpretation by customers.

I recently noticed an unauthorized transaction on my debit card for $[redacted].78. I have already disputed this twice with Google Pay with no success. I depend on this money for my living expenses for the whole month as I am on disability. After filing a dispute, I received a code from my debit card company refering to "HTDINH," but I am unsure about its meaning. I initially reported this at 12:12 a.m. on June 3rd, immediately after discovering the deduction from my account. The funds were taken shortly after my disability benefits were deposited onto the card. Despite being told that the money was not debited until 8 a.m. on June 3rd, after my dispute, I have not received any refunds yet. I do not have any subscriptions or services that could have caused this charge. I am reaching out to seek guidance on how to proceed to ensure I receive a refund promptly so that I can cover my essential expenses for the month.

I encountered a problem with my previous order, G-SHP-[redacted]-48-[redacted]. It took more than 2 weeks to arrive, and it turned out to be defective. Today, I am attempting to buy a new pair of Persol PO3170S Havana Green [redacted] Sunglasses. However, Google Express is not accepting my current card, probably due to an ongoing refund process for my prior order. My intention is to exchange the items and cover the price difference for the new glasses. I have been unsuccessful in applying the "JULY20SAVE" promo code to my purchase, and I am unable to use the code (9PLZD4HC6HC6H96B3) for the additional $5 off on my next order as promised by Google Express. I aim to secure a $25 discount on my upcoming transaction and continue using the same card. I purchased a sturdy chicken coop from Costway on Google Express. However, upon receiving and assembling the coop, I discovered that the materials were not of the quality as advertised. It seemed to be poorly constructed using zip ties, which was not what I expected for the $[redacted] I paid. I initiated a return, but I have only received one shipping label despite the coop arriving in three separate boxes. I am unsure how I am supposed to return a product that came in multiple boxes with only one shipping label provided.

I am a bit confused by the new format of Google Express, which is quite different than before. When browsing Target, I was redirected to multiple other shops, encouraging me to purchase directly from them rather than through Google Express. I even found myself on e-bay when looking for a lip balm. Are all the shops listed on Google Express connected to the platform? Additionally, it seems that Target may have lowered their free shipping threshold. Can you confirm if this is accurate and let me know what the minimum amount is for free shipping now? Hello, I recently made a purchase from Target via Google Express using order number #[redacted][redacted]. After encountering difficulties with returning the items at several stores, I eventually succeeded in returning them at a local Target store. The store manager faced challenges processing the return but managed to contact Google Express, who assured her they would force the refund through. The manager accepted the items, informing me that the refund would reflect on my Amex Credit Card ending in [redacted] within 3-5 business days. However, it has been more than 2 weeks, and the refund has not shown up on my card. Despite contacting Target multiple times and them escalating the issue, there has been no resolution.
