Good Housekeeping has been billing my checking account for at least the last ** days for $*.** a month for a subscription I did not sign up for. I questioned your company about this situation last month about this and got no resolution. I am attaching screen shots of my checking account to prove to you that Good Housekeeping IS CHARGING my account. I could only go back ** days so I’m not sure that it has not been happening longer than this. I want these charges to cease IMMEDIATELY and I demand a Refund For the approximately $** that I KNOW has been stolen from my checking account (probably more). I always respected tour magazine and thought you were a good, reputable company but no longer!!! See below the shots where you drafted money from my account in August, September, & October. I want my money refunded NOW!
