I recently purchased the new Callaway rouge driver and within two weeks managed to lose the head cover. When I inquired about purchasing a replacement from the local Golf Galaxy store were the purchase was make I was surprised and disappointed to be told that the store could not ***ist me. Note that I was offering to buy - I was not looking for a hangout. Unfortunately this is NOT the first are only issue I've had with this particular store.
I trust that GolfGalaxy.com will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
