Gojane.com Customer Service Issues

I've noticed three unknown charges on my bank card from gojane.com. I'm from India and I'm seeking assistance to stop these unauthorized transactions on my card. Each charge is for ₹[redacted].00 (approximately 7.25 USD). It appears someone has used my card details to place three orders of the same amount on your website on Feb-10 at around 07:50 am Indian Standard Time. Please assist me in blocking these transactions and investigate the fraudulent charges on my card.

I placed an order on Monday, September 3, [redacted] for "Inner Circle Perforated Thigh-High Boots TAUPE" with Order #[redacted] and USPS Tracking Number: UA[redacted]20US. It has been over 7 weeks, and I still have not received my order. I am requesting a full refund of $60.49 due to the extended delay. Despite sending messages on October 8th and 15th, I have not received any responses. I am hoping we can resolve this matter amicably. If not, I may need to seek assistance from organizations like the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) or the U.S. Department of Justice. Thank you.

Hello, I sent an email to [redacted] on December 21, [redacted], regarding my undelivered order. Despite receiving a notification that my package was delivered to my house, I did not find it there. I had requested a delivery change to Zellers Hardware, a pick-up location, as I wouldn't be home, but the package was still delivered to my house and is now missing, likely stolen. Additionally, the order I received was a size 8 1/2 instead of the size 10 I had requested. I was looking forward to wearing these boots for New Year's but unfortunately, they were left unattended on the porch. Thank you, - C.S.
