Hello! I am encountering an ongoing issue with setting up my withdrawals. I have thoroughly reviewed my information to ensure it is correctly formatted. For instance, my license photo is clear, in color, and the correct size. My social security number is accurate, and I am a US resident with a phone number and bank account under my name. Moreover, I am over 18 years old. Despite this, I am uncertain why the process is unsuccessful. I have a deadline of only three days to complete the withdrawal, making this somewhat urgent. I created a GoFundMe for my dog. I donated $19 and a friend donated $10 to kickstart donations. I ended up covering the costs for my dog's treatment myself and no longer need the donations. GoFundMe isn't releasing the funds to me despite my emails about it. The withdrawal date keeps changing, currently set for December 5th, which doesn't make sense as it's not yet the 5th. Yesterday it showed the 3rd. I simply want to receive the funds as I no longer require the campaign.

I need assistance canceling a beneficiary request for my fundraiser. I have already tried contacting the support team but have not received a response yet. The button to cancel the request is not showing up on my screen as it should according to the help center. Hello, good day. I am a Guidance Counselor helping a teacher at my school. The teacher is looking to launch a GoFundMe campaign for someone in urgent need of burial, who unfortunately passed away over a month ago. We are situated in Jamaica. The problem we are facing is the lack of online options to input/select a Jamaican bank account for people to make donations within or outside of our country. I am requesting a refund for a payment made on Friday, December 3, [redacted]. The recipient refused to process the refund and has since deactivated their page, making it impossible for me to resolve this directly. Trying to reach out to the help desk, I encountered issues with the email provided and was instructed to click a link. Unfortunately, this resulted in another $[redacted] donation today, which I would like to cancel along with the previous one from Friday. To the help department, I have been attempting all day to set up a GoFundMe account to assist my brother in acquiring a wheelchair-accessible vehicle after a car accident three years ago left him with severe injuries. I have completed the initial information on the "Create an account to save and continue" screen, clicked on the green next tab, but it remains stuck on a loading loop without progressing. I have made several attempts, waiting for over an hour and a half at times, but the issue persists. I am open to setting up the account via email if necessary. Additionally, when I tried on my iPhone, I received a message prompting me to contact support. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. I have entered my bank account details multiple times to withdraw from my campaign. I've been asked for additional information and most recently uploaded a bank statement. Despite this, I keep receiving an error notification when I log in. Clicking on the attached link or selecting "withdraw" from the campaign's page redirects me back to the main "campaigns" page. This issue persists whether I use a mobile device or my desktop computer. A friend created the campaign for me and was going to transfer the funds to her account then to me, but she also encountered problems.

I have not received the withdrawal email to verify my email. I have been attempting all day to do so. Is the website experiencing issues? Additionally, I am unable to add a bank account to withdraw funds. I have already reached out to your company via email, but I have not received assistance regarding this matter. Could the site be compromised? Should I consider deleting my account? I am concerned because individuals are donating money to an account we cannot access, which seems suspicious. A GoFundMe page was created in my daughter's name asking for donations to purchase an urn instead of a cardboard box. Three individuals - a friend, an ex-love, and her cousin - contributed a total of $[redacted]. Jennifer Zac, the creator of the page, informed me of accusations of fraud and suggested I inform the donors they would receive refunds within 3 to 4 weeks. Upon researching, my friend discovered that the GoFundMe for Pearl Lower is still active and accepting donations. As Pearl's mother, I am deeply saddened by this situation and would like the page taken down promptly. I am seeking information on where the donated funds are located or have been utilized, along with details of any transactions and the associated individuals.
