I have set up my bank account information for direct deposit and GoFundMe sends me emails that the donations I received are being transferred to my account. "Your Money Is On The Way". On six separate occasions I then receive a follow-up email informing me that "Your Withdrawal of $$$$ Failed To Be Sent To Your Bank Account". I have, with no question, set up my bank account correctly SIX times but I keep getting the same notification that the private donations given to my cause have been "failed to be sent". The last time that I once again set up withdrawals, it was with the assistance of a representative from my bank. The account number, the transit number, etc. are correct yet ... no funds. What else can I do when there's no Customer Service number or live chat to resolve this?
