I have received multiple email notifications from GoFundMe about funds being transferred to my Cash App account, but it has been a few days and I have not seen the money yet. I understand it can take 2 to 5 business days, but I am concerned why the funds have not arrived if they were already sent. I have also encountered suspicious calls from individuals trying to gain access to my Cash App card and even received a call from a number claiming to be Cash App, requesting me to download a remote help desk app. I avoided falling for these scams after researching them. Despite these issues, my main worry is when I will receive the funds. I am eager to speak with a representative who can provide clarity on this matter.

I would like to discuss a situation regarding a GoFundMe account that was created by Bethanne Cole for myself and my girlfriend's sister, Danielle Cole. Initially, I attempted to designate myself as the beneficiary and encountered a slight issue when trying to link my bank account, mistakenly choosing a savings account first. Realizing my error, I updated the information to my checking account as requested. Following that, a bank statement was requested for verification. I promptly located one in my email, downloaded the PDF, and submitted it. However, upon completion, I was directed back to the verification page indicating that the process was not finished. When I reached out to Bethanne, she informed me that I was locked out without any explanation. Hello, I have been struggling for hours to log in to my GoFundMe accounts. Yesterday and again today, I attempted to sign in, but when I click on the green "Sign in to GoFundMe" button, it just keeps loading with no result. It has been loading for nearly three hours, and nothing has changed. This issue isn't related to my internet connection; I have tried using both mobile data and wifi. I also tested on two laptops and a mobile phone, so it isn't a device problem. I suspect the issue lies with the "Sign in" page because I was able to create a new account with a different email when I couldn't access my original one. But as soon as I signed out and tried to log in again, the same problem occurred. I desperately need to manage my fundraiser, but I'm unable to due to this error. Hoping for a prompt resolution, D. I am in need of completely removing my GoFundMe money request from all sites, including GoFundMe. Despite canceling the request, it is still visible. It is crucial for a legal settlement that the request be entirely deleted from the web and any sites using information from GoFundMe. I have followed the steps on the help pages but to no avail. I have been attempting to inform GoFundMe about the beneficiary of my fundraiser being deceptive in requesting funds for a new furnace. Since December 15th, she has been denying access to her home. Today, I managed to talk to the owner of the company that repaired her furnace in November [redacted]. He confirmed that the furnace was in working condition after he replaced the necessary parts. I have an invoice for the work, which I am unable to attach in my communications with GoFundMe. It is evident that beneficiary Patricia Squire does not require a new furnace, and I hope that donors will be reimbursed. I am perplexed by Patricia Squire's conflicting statements regarding fund withdrawal. I am 17 years old and recently started a GoFundMe campaign after my parents cut me off financially. As I cannot link my own bank account, I listed a friend who is 18 as the beneficiary to help me with the funds. Initially, he was able to link his bank account without any issues. However, the next day we encountered an error. Every time we try to fix it, the system automatically changes his phone number, causing a loop of errors. We edit the number back, re-input the bank information, and it seems fine until we receive another email asking to set up withdrawals again. If we leave the incorrect phone number, it prompts for an ID or passport that he doesn't have. This back-and-forth is causing me stress as I am in a tough financial situation and unable to access the funds.
