I am experiencing issues with initiating a new fundraiser on the platform. While completing the required information, such as city, zip code, and fundraiser category, I encounter problems where the zip code number changes unexpectedly and prevents me from selecting a category. Additionally, I am unable to input a title for the fundraiser, as clicking on the field results in further issues with the zip code changing. Even after refreshing the page and attempting a second time, I face difficulties moving through the process as the zip code continues to cause errors, preventing me from proceeding to the next page. Furthermore, regarding the charity I fundraised for, they have been provided with the necessary password to withdraw funds. However, each time they try to access the withdrawal screen, they are automatically logged out and prompted to sign in again, impeding their progress. This recurring issue is hindering our ability to withdraw the funds promptly. I am seeking assistance in resolving these technical obstacles to facilitate the withdrawal process for the charity.

I am encountering technical difficulties when trying to start a new fundraiser. I input the city and zip code without issues, but when I try to select the fundraiser category, the zip code changes and prevents me from making a selection. Additionally, I am unable to input a title for the fundraiser as it keeps changing the zip code when I click on it. Refreshing the page does not fix the problem.I have also encountered issues with the charity I am fundraising for not being able to withdraw funds as they get logged out every time they try to access the withdrawal screen. This seems to be an IT issue that needs to be addressed. How can we resolve these issues?

I recently donated £[redacted] to Farrah Jabbar, who is raising funds for Dr. Abbal Al Qufaja through GoFundMe. However, there was an accidental duplicate charge, and I would like the duplicate amount refunded. Lloyds Bank has provided me with an Authorization Number for the error and advised me to contact you for the refund. It appears challenging to retrieve the additional £[redacted] tip sent to GoFundMe.

I oversee a tax-exempt nonprofit and am currently working on creating a GoFundMe page for a specific project. Upon attempting to set up the GoFundMe page using my Google G-Suites email ([redacted]), I encountered an issue regarding the password. I am unsure whether I should use a new password for GoFundMe or the password for the Google G-Suites email account. I have attempted both options, as well as trying to sign in via Facebook using a different email and password, but I keep receiving an error message prompting me to verify my email or password. Despite updating my passwords, the issue persists. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help. - Shirley P., B.E.A.C.H.E.S. Foundation Institute, www.beachesfoundation.org

Hello, I need assistance with two matters. Yesterday, I created a gofundme for my ferret, Nala, via Facebook login. When attempting to access it today, it stated "no account found." While the fundraiser remains accessible with funds, I am unable to log in to manage it. There seems to be no option for a password reset with Facebook login, and my associated email is no longer valid. Additionally, I have another account established in [redacted] using my current email. The account displays a balance, but I am unsure if I withdrew it or left funds. Upon trying to deposit, I received a message instructing me to contact you, presumably due to it being an old account. Please advise on the necessary steps to resolve these issues and regain access to both accounts. Thank you, J. Richey

I regret to inform you that Danielle Tavakoly passed away tragically in a car accident on September 20, [redacted]. A GoFundMe account was started in her name to assist with funeral expenses. Unfortunately, the person who initiated the fundraiser resides in Georgia and has not been reachable to provide access to her mother, Christine Tavakoly. Christine is currently struggling with grief and unemployment. As Danielle's only child, the loss is unimaginable for her. I am assisting her in organizing necessary arrangements in this difficult time. Although Christine is not active on social media, you can reach her via email at [redacted] Thank you for your consideration and please take care.

I created a GoFundMe to raise funds for a new home after my mom and I were evicted. A good friend made a generous donation, and after verifying their identity as requested, my donation is still on hold. I've reached out for assistance multiple times to no avail, even though I followed all the guidelines. I urgently need the hold lifted as I'm at risk of being homeless during winter and the COVID-19 pandemic. I've tried contacting support but have not received any responses to the emails I've sent.

Hello, I am reaching out about a GoFundMe campaign started by Rose Tone Fontanero to support her brother, James, whose wife recently passed away. I was devastated to learn about my daughter's passing online three days later and was met with resistance from my ex-husband about sharing this heartbreaking news. After contacting Rose for information about my son-in-law and grandchildren, I was redirected to Gene Hagon, who could not discuss family matters but suggested I seek updates on Facebook and donate to the GoFundMe. This situation left me feeling isolated and desperate for details. If Rose cannot provide information, I believe the GoFundMe campaign should be taken down. It is distressing to discover such significant news online and not receive any support. I urge action on this issue promptly.

I'm Janet C. Bailey, and I created a GoFundMe campaign for a young woman in the Philippines to attend Missionary School. I'm located in the USA, and I've designated her as the recipient of the funds through her PayPal account. However, I encountered issues trying to input her information as she can't change her country setting to the USA. Despite naming her as the beneficiary, we're unable to set up the withdrawal details correctly. Currently, there is only $40 in the account, but she will require more as donations come in. I would appreciate guidance on navigating the system to ensure the funds reach her successfully. The beneficiary's name is Michellie Jane Bayer, and I am Janet Cannon Bailey. Thank you.

David Lang, the general manager and assistant coach of the Essa Stallion CPJHL Hockey team, created a GoFundMe account titled "ShawnisStrong" on November 16, [redacted]. Efforts to contact David for the money have been unsuccessful. Shawn, who is facing another surgery to replace the four valves in his heart, is in need of the funds for medical bills. About a month and a half ago, I donated $1,[redacted].00 to a GoFundMe account for Marium and her 38 kids. I explicitly instructed her son, Sadat, the beneficiary, to withdraw the money and pay the vendors for items I was purchasing from JIJI.COM. Unfortunately, he did not follow my instructions and used the money for personal reasons. Due to restrictions with MoneyGram International, I couldn't send money to certain countries without being questioned. I have been trying for almost two months to recover my $1,[redacted].00, which was meant to help Marium and her children. The funds are not meant for personal use, and I am eager to have them returned.

Hello, I am confused about the withdrawal process. I did not choose the dates for my funds to be withdrawn. After initiating the withdrawal, it stated that $[redacted] would be withdrawn on March 8 and another $[redacted] on March 9. Why can't the process commence today, on March 1st? Subsequently, I received an email informing me that the funds were being withdrawn and would be in my bank account within 2-5 days. I am finding it hard to grasp the situation. I urgently require my funds. I was unaware that GoFundMe does not provide funds immediately, and I have already made plans based on that. Please reach out to me promptly regarding my funds. I need details on when I can expect to receive them to finalize my plans. Thank you. Kind Regards, K.P. Email: [redacted] Phone: [redacted]

I manage two volunteer groups helping individuals with leukemia by supporting them with the cost of treatment, drugs, transportation, and educational resources. Recently, I raised nearly $3,[redacted] via GoFundMe, but unfortunately, the funds seem to be missing after my phone crashed, and I lost important data. The GoFundMe team recommended resetting the phone, causing this issue. This situation puts the credibility of the funds at risk, impacting those in need. Moreover, I received an email advising me to remove a card linked to another account to access the donations. I seek guidance on how to transfer these essential funds to my credit union for distribution to those requiring assistance.

To whom it may concern, I recently experienced a flooding incident in Allen, Kentucky, [redacted], which damaged my home and belongings. I recorded the flood's impact and sought help on Twitter. Before being rescued, I was contacted by someone claiming to be Joe Biden's secretary, urging me to start a GoFundMe campaign. As I shared it on Twitter, donations poured in, but then money started disappearing, and my fundraiser was flagged as spam. Now I am left with nothing and have reached out to address this urgent issue for assistance in getting back on my feet.

Hello, My name is Laura O Toole. I created a GoFundMe page for my step sister's funeral. I encountered a challenge while trying to withdraw the funds as I needed to provide bank details. I used Corrina Pigott's bank information with her consent since I couldn't locate my own. During the process, we were asked to upload a copy of her passport or driving licence. While Corrina doesn't possess these, she does have a government-issued ID with a photo, along with her birth certificate. Corinna is the beneficiary, and we aim to use the funds for the funeral expenses. We have completed most steps but are uncertain of the next actions. Would the government-issued ID suffice? We hope for a prompt response as we wish to finalize arrangements with the funeral home quickly. Best regards, Laura O Toole

Seven months ago, a friend and I initiated a Go Fund Me campaign to raise funds for an organization assisting pregnant women financially. Despite numerous efforts to transfer the raised $1,[redacted] to my bank account for eventual donation, I've encountered difficulties. I've researched extensively, but I'm unable to find the withdraw option on my dashboard. The goal was $1,[redacted], and I feel overwhelmed that I can't complete this good deed. I'm concerned that I may need to refund the donations, as I can't even locate where to input my bank details. My friend, who set up the GoFundMe from Canada while I'm in the USA, might need to address an issue to resolve this. I'm hopeful for a solution that doesn't involve refunds, but I may have to go down that path soon.

A few years ago, my fiancée, Margaret S., had a GoFundMe page for her breast cancer surgery. Unfortunately, Margaret passed away two years ago. In her honor, I and some friends are planning a celebration of her life. However, I am having issues accessing the account due to a password message. I also have her phone, which is turned off, but I may reactivate it for contact information. I am looking to retrieve donor details, including donation amounts. My name is Don B., and you can reach me at [redacted]. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

I need to report a fraudulent GoFundMe campaign. Someone is deceiving people claiming Ellie Potts, Ellia Potts, or Kelly Potts has a sick cat in the hospital. They use a local app like NextDoor to request donations and team up with others to pressure individuals who hesitate or ask questions. The person even provided details like the cat's name, the vet clinic, and a local charity that previously helped. However, when I verified with the vet clinic and the charity "Cause for Paws," they confirmed no records of such a cat or individual. This scam needs to be addressed, or I will contact the Federal Fraud unit. They are unfairly collecting significant amounts of money and must be halted immediately.

I am having an issue with a donation made on my GoFundMe account by Tommy Miller for $[redacted]. However, the donation did not show up on the account I created for Sandy Estes. I have proof in pictures that the donation was made. Unfortunately, due to technical issues, I had to start a new account after he had already donated. I do not want either Tommy or myself to lose the $[redacted] donation. Is it possible to either refund the money back to him or transfer it to my new account? I wish I could attach pictures to show the donation.

I created a GoFundMe to help my brother with funeral costs for his son. I set up my brother as the recipient and completed all the necessary information. However, when he tries to withdraw the funds, the website isn't functioning properly. He has followed all the instructions from the tutorial but is still unable to access the funds for the urgent payment to the funeral home. It's been two days of trying, and we really need to resolve this issue quickly.
