Hello,**On Monday, ******* - I spent nearly *hrs trying to get my bank account verified and my funds released, via your 'chat option' for customer service. I talked to two different persons* Alexandra first, then Jamie (Jamie being MUCH more helpful and a wonderful agent. Before i was disabled i was a callcenter supervisor for our '*rd Party' accounts of Amazon*B&N* at Textbooks.com. Prior to that* 'Quality Assurance' for the company. I know the good ones when i get them!)*To proceed (long story short)* your payment processor would not accept my Rushcard account (who uses METABANK for transaction processing). *Rushcard has been my ONLY (prepaid) bank account, for over **yrs now! I've used them to direct deposit my paychecks*forward funds to-and-from, etc. etcetera. (I have no other account, due to credit issues and student loans). I've also used this same account, for the one & only GoFundMe campaign that I had a few yrs ago. *The reason i was given for your refusal was that "your payment processor needed verification via a bank statement that had the account number of **** on it." As i told the rep* i have NO control over what Rushcard chooses to put on their bank statements (which happens to be the last * digits of the debitcard that Rushcard had issued me* NOT the bank account numbers!). She then asked me ti have Rushcard mail a letter on their own letterhead, stating this fact. Rushcard does NOT do that* i called to confirm that while i was still chatting with your agent.**The rep (Jamie) then suggested I sign-up for a Chime account* so i did, on Tuesday *******. NOW? You're making me verify it, even though I JUST set it up & obviously would HAVE NO STATEMENT!!! *PLEASE...I signed up for this campaign because i have NO ONE else to go to. It's just myself and my autistic son* we are both disabled and though my sob already receives disability I am still appealing the process, to get mine. Our water was shutoff WEEKS ago* we still don't have it and this is what my current GoFundMe campaign is for -- getting the water back on. However, you all have delayed and delayed and delayed with this verification thing* while i understand that there's a process I'm actually starting to wonder if this is how GoFundMe pays their customer service workers* off of the interest that you are OBVIOUSLY gaining from this money. There were other companies I could've went with, but indecided to go with yours because of the ease and QUICK return of those funds pledged to me last time i used your company. I can understand all the 'hullabaloo' for $*,***.** or more -- but $***.**??? It's not right. **PLEASE...RELEASE THOSE FUNDS NOW TO MY CHIME ACCOUNT ( CREATED AT *YOUR* CUSTOMER SERVICE'S SUGGESTION!!), ASAP! *I do NOT have the time to spend another * HOURS on chat, debating this. I need that money, my son and i need our water service back on and THIS is the ONLY way that that can happen. PLEASE. **If your have any further questions or concerns, please CALL ME at ***.***.***** again, i CANNOT spend another *HOURS on chat -- OR, better yet? *Please approve the Chime account, so that I can get my funds.
