I have successfully completed my campaign, but I am encountering difficulties with transferring the funds. Instead of doing it in small increments, I require the entire amount to be transferred into my bank account. I have provided you with all the necessary bank account details, so what seems to be the issue causing the delay? I urgently need this transfer as I am currently residing in unfavorable conditions. Could you please cancel the smaller transactions of $48 and $96, and process a single lump-sum transfer to my bank account, for which you already have the information? I understand there might be a slight delay, but I urge you to expedite the process. The lack of phone support is frustrating, and I am eager for a prompt resolution.

I want to report three individuals who have been engaging in fraudulent activities. Lorie Wayne Burroughs Vallery and William E Jarvis, along with Debra Nichole Burroughs Jarvis, have been creating illegal GoFundMe pages and streaming unauthorized videos on Facebook without the consent of property owners. They have been exploiting a disabled person for financial gain. William and Debra Jarvis have even created fake fundraisers by falsely claiming to have lost a baby, despite only experiencing a stillborn six years ago. Their actions violate various laws, including the Matthew Shepard Act, privacy rights, wire fraud, and more. These individuals have resorted to criminal trespassing and harassment to carry out their deceitful schemes.

I am the founder of the "The Time Is Now" campaign for Samaritan Ministries in Bunnell, Florida. Recently, I discovered we have over $[redacted] available for withdrawal. My spouse and I created a GoFundMe to gather donations for our pastor's essential back surgery since he lacks health insurance. A significant amount of $14K was donated by generous individuals by January 2. Unfortunately, we faced an issue as GoFundMe does not transfer funds to U.S. territories, like Guam. To resolve this, we had to designate my father as the Organizer to receive the funds in the U.S. GoFundMe assured us that the funds would be available on January 7, allowing the pastor to schedule his surgery. However, as of today, my dad has not received the funds in his designated bank account. I have reached out to GoFundMe via email as there is no available phone support. An automated response confirmed they would get back to me within 24 hours, leaving me uncertain about the next steps to take.

I attempted to make a payment of $[redacted] to the Bukobero Community Health Centre through GoFundMe using my Bank of America Visa card ending in [redacted] on 7/31/19. Unfortunately, the payment did not go through as expected. Despite being informed that it may take until September for the payment to go through, it has yet to reflect in the Bukobero Community Health Centre's accounts. My bank states that the payment was made to GoFundMe and advises me to contact Bukobero directly. However, when reaching out to Bukobero, they claimed they have not received the payment. I am having trouble withdrawing funds from my GoFundMe campaign. After entering my bank details, I keep receiving an error message. When attempting to resolve this, I was prompted to upload images of my driver's license. Despite doing so, the error persists. I cannot identify the problem with my bank information, and the system again requests photos of my ID only to encounter the same error message.

My friend and I initially started GetAtTAAT together, but due to differing views, I began pursuing Restore the Land, Restore the People separately. Surprisingly, both initiatives got merged into one platform despite me having two separate accounts. There are significant disparities in the concepts and the funding amount requested for each. This union also creates a competitive element between us. I am seeking to have these two projects disentangled, allowing Restore the Land, Restore the People to stand on its own with a unique setup. This split is essential for me to have distinct websites for each venture.

Sostenes(Ari) Fernandez, her son, was informed the funds would arrive on January 19th, but then received an email the next day requesting withdrawal setup. Recently, he received another confirmation stating the transfer will occur on the 20th. This delay is extremely frustrating given Elsa's urgent need for the funds due to her battle with cancer. Hello, my name is Edward Marku. I opened a GoFundMe page to raise money for Albanian earthquake relief. Despite making donations of [redacted] euros (87 euros once and 13 euros another time) and tipping because I was unsure how to use the platform, I have not received any funds. I have attempted to transfer the money back to my card or cash it out, following the instructions on the page. However, every time I try to complete the process, I receive an error message instructing me to contact customer service. I have watched YouTube videos mentioning a refund option accessible through three dots, but I cannot find this feature on the platform. I have been trying to access the funds from my GoFundMe account that my friends donated for the past 4 days without success. Unexpectedly, money was taken from my account to cover fees to withdraw the donations. This has caused me significant distress as I recently underwent major surgery to replace my hip and extend my femur bone. I urgently need the donated funds for my living expenses. I donated to Josh Lapino's GoFundMe on Tuesday, January 21, [redacted], in Australia. Unfortunately, I mistakenly sent $5.00 twice to the fund, and $[redacted].00 to the administrator instead. I am requesting a full refund for the $[redacted].00 amount so that it can go to the correct fund for Josh Lapino. A GoFundMe campaign titled "My Niece's Burial" was flagged by a donor due to uncertainties regarding how donations were to be used. GoFundMe requested the organizer to clarify the intended beneficiary and provide documentation on fund usage. The organizer explained that the title indicated a niece's relative would benefit. GoFundMe insisted on a specific beneficiary and a deadline of January 24th. The organizer questioned GoFundMe's beneficiary choice and deadline calculation. In response, GoFundMe refunded all donors on January 23rd, not adhering to their given deadline and failing to allocate funds to the chosen beneficiary.

I commenced a project for my mother's wildlife center at the end of December to assist injured animals suffering from cold or sickness. Funding came from donations and personal contributions. I have been repeatedly prompted to verify my email, which I have done more than five times. Suddenly, I am experiencing random logouts, and the displayed total donations of approximately 3.8k have vanished along with all updates, comments, and donor information. This is concerning as I had set up a withdrawal linked to my mother's bank account, and now the funds seem to have disappeared without any action on my part. My mother depended on these donations for her winter funds. I am perplexed by these issues and the lack of clear error messages. I fear all the contributions collected from friends worldwide may have been lost without my knowledge or authorization.

Hello,  I created a GoFundMe campaign for my friend, Kees Staps, after his Yatte Yattah Pottery was destroyed in the recent Australian bushfires. I only knew him as Kees, not realizing it's a nickname for Cornelis, one of his middle names. His full name is Johannes Antonius Cornelis Staps. While his driver's license says Kees, his bank account is under Johannes. Due to this discrepancy, he's unable to access the funds raised. I'm seeking assistance to resolve this issue promptly so he can begin rebuilding. I need assistance with processing a donation. I followed all the troubleshooting tips available online, such as switching devices, browsers, internet connections, and using a different card. I even contacted my card provider to preapprove the transaction, but I still receive an error message when trying to donate. The message prompts me to confirm my information or contact support. After following online support instructions, I am stuck in a loop and unable to speak to a live person for further assistance.

To the Support Team, I have been trying to get assistance with my "Let's Rally for Our REMARKABLE NICOLE & BRADY FAM!" campaign. I encountered issues creating the campaign through Facebook, so I used email instead. There seem to be two campaigns: one with $1,[redacted] raised and the other showing zero.
