I am looking to promote my Mary Kay business. I will donate 5% of the earnings from every product purchased to The Breast Cancer Foundation. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in January [redacted], and underwent a double mastectomy with reconstruction. I am grateful that nothing was found in my lymph nodes and nothing extended beyond the margins. I want to assist other women in feeling beautiful and confident. Is this approach acceptable?

I created a GoFundMe to cover my 15-year-old nephew's funeral expenses. We successfully raised the amount needed, but I'm having trouble accessing the funds to pay the funeral home and catering service for the repast. The catering service requires cash today, and I can't get in touch with GoFundMe for assistance. I've tried contacting them through email several times, attaching copies of the bills, but I haven't received a response or solution yet.

My name is Terikya Fenekansi, a 21-year-old male from Jinja district, Uganda. I am the second of six children. My father, Kyalibuza Charles, is a peasant, and my mother, Nabirye Aidha, sells charcoal; she is the sole provider for us, covering all our basic needs and school fees. I started working at thirteen cutting sugar cane to ease the burden on my mother. I excelled in secondary school at Jinja Secondary School in [redacted]. Thanks to a Brac scholarship for two years, I had my fees and upkeep covered. Unfortunately, they do not support university students, and my mother can't afford university fees. I am seeking financial assistance to continue my education and support others in need. Your help will prevent me from taking on burdensome student loans. I hope to pay it forward and help others achieve their educational dreams. Any support or guidance is greatly appreciated. Thank you and God bless.

My mother works hard to provide for us, including paying for our education. I started working at age thirteen to help ease the financial burden on her. I completed my secondary education in [redacted] at Jinja Secondary School with good results. I was fortunate to receive a Brac scholarship for two years that covered my fees and expenses in high school. Unfortunately, the foundation doesn't support university students, and my mother can't afford the high university fees. I'm seeking financial assistance through a GoFundMe campaign to continue my education and avoid heavy student loans. My goal is to help other children access education, inspired by the impact of the Brac scholarship on me. Any support or assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your consideration.

Subject: Reinstating GoFundMe Account Request Hello, I would like to request the reinstatement of my GoFundMe account that has been suspended. I recently received an email notifying me of the suspension, and I was taken by surprise as my team and I have been diligently working on compiling content for our campaign. Our campaign aims to launch the Bring Julian Assange Home Queensland Network. The previous link to our campaign is www.gf.me/u/wd79d6, which has already been shared with important contacts. I urgently seek guidance on how to reopen the account while retaining the original link. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as we are collaborating with Christine Assange to support her son's cause. Thank you for your consideration. Best regards, Adele Goldie

I am unsure about how the donations I've collected for Indonesia earthquake victims are being distributed. The fundraising is going well, but I need clarification. Are the funds being deposited into my checking account? If so, what do I do next? There is a Western Union office used by people in the disaster area – should the funds be sent there and should I assign someone to pick them up? I want to help but also don't want excessive responsibility after the drive ends. The funds are not mine, and once they leave my account, I trust they will reach those in need. Thank you! - J. M. Hello, my name is James G. I made two donations on GoFundMe, one for $[redacted].00 and another for $50.00. I was expecting these donations to be deposited into my bank account by now, but I haven't received anything yet. I provided my bank information and was informed last Wednesday that the funds were on their way. I am concerned about the delay and would like to know the status of my donations. If the funds were redirected elsewhere, I need to know the recipient's details such as their phone number, the bank name, routing number, and account number. I use First National Bank for my banking needs. Please respond to me promptly. Thank you.

Hello, my friend initiated a GoFundMe for my children and me following a severe car accident. Numerous friends and family generously donated, but I have not received these funds yet. I am seeking help to determine if the organizer has indeed received or withdrawn these donations from their account. Any assistance on this matter would be highly valued. Thank you. - Frank T.

This situation has caused me distress as I needed a dumpster truck for moldy drywall and carpet padding. A GoFundMe campaign was taken down, hindering my plan to address this hazardous waste. I am displeased with the handling of this matter and will involve law enforcement. Dealing with this unsanitary situation is crucial, and the actions taken by your team were unacceptable. Please rectify this and ensure the funds are used as intended. This issue is urgent, and I feel compelled to seek legal assistance. Your conduct in this matter is unprofessional and disturbing.

Hello, I wanted to bring to your attention the recent cancellation of my campaign and the subsequent refund of donations by one of your operators without my authorization. It has been 32 days and my campaign was in USD, even though I am French. When seeking guidance on what to do next, my campaign was swiftly refunded within 5 minutes, resulting in the loss of all donor details. Despite assurances from the operator to assist in recreating the campaign, I have only received unhelpful links that lead nowhere. I have encountered repeated explanations concerning the currency issue which do not address the root cause. I initially created the campaign while in the US and was unable to select a currency other than USD. I have diligently worked on my project, "cleaning up cigarette butts around the world," and it is disheartening to lose both donations and donor information. My project's credibility has also been compromised, prompting concerned emails from friends who donated. I am determined to resolve this matter and restore my campaign. I seek genuine assistance, not automated responses. Thank you for your attention.

Approximately 1 1/2 to 2 years ago, I created a GoFundMe titled "Help Save Christian Beasley" seeking support for my son, who was a victim of serious abuse in Indonesia. While he was incarcerated for a minor drug possession, he faced threats of violence and torture, prompting his escape and subsequent capture. Later, I discovered another GoFundMe page with the same title was established, causing confusion and potentially diverting donations. I aim to relaunch the original fundraising page but wish to prevent any further interference. Recent press releases will shed light on my son's situation, and I hope to include the correct GoFundMe link to avoid any future issues. It's essential that the unique identifier "Christian Beasley" is preserved to differentiate it from any potential misleading campaigns.

I transferred funds to the account, but when I tried to withdraw, the funds weren't available. I was informed the hold was lifted, but I still can't access the money. This delay is preventing me from organizing my son's memorial, which needs to be ready by November 25th. I am grieving and need these funds released promptly for the memorial bench dedicated to my son, Ryan Robertson. I am frustrated with the lack of assistance and the time-consuming process. Please, release the funds so I can proceed with honoring my son's memory.

I'm currently trying to set up a fundraiser for a friend through GoFundMe. Initially, I was able to log in and begin the process, but I got stuck when trying to invite my friend to the campaign. Despite trying various email addresses, including a new Gmail account, no invitations were received. Now, when I try to log in, I'm caught in a loop preventing me from signing in via Facebook and rejecting my password. Even the "forgot password" feature isn't working; I'm not receiving any emails from GoFundMe. This is my second day facing these challenges, and I urgently need to resolve these issues to launch the campaign for my friend.

In my 67 years on earth, I have never been so shocked and disgusted. I share a home with my daughter, son-in-law, and 4 grandchildren. Seven weeks ago, my son-in-law's mother was hospitalized with kidney failure and is now in an extended care home. Two weeks ago, my 17-year-old grandson found his grandfather dead in his home. The police officers took a long time searching the house and even interviewed each family member. My daughter shared her concerns about the large sums of money her father-in-law usually carried. It seems like money might have gone missing after the incident. We are hesitant to involve an attorney due to potential risks, especially with my mixed-race teenage grandsons. We feel helpless and betrayed by the authorities. We are considering setting up a fundraiser to care for my son-in-law's mother, who lost her husband of 58 years. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Dianna P.

Hello, I have been reaching out to customer service multiple times through email. Despite providing documents with both my personal and my mother's address, the verification process has been challenging. Waiting for weeks without a satisfactory response has been frustrating. I am hesitant to provide further sensitive information like my SIN and prefer not to risk identity theft. The delay in resolving this issue has left me disappointed as I had already given the money to my mother, assuming a quicker resolution. I urge for a prompt reply within 1-3 business days as I am in urgent need of the funds. Your assistance in making this process smoother would be greatly appreciated.

I have a GoFundMe campaign set up to help my dog, Misha Mae, walk again. Since I don't have a bank account, my girlfriend offered to use hers for the withdrawals. However, when she tried to input her banking information, we received an error message saying to contact GoFundMe. I have emailed them but only received a generic response so far. The withdrawal process now requires a unique code sent to the phone number on file for security. After entering the code, the only option is to view beneficiary overview. It shows that my girlfriend's information has been accepted, but the circle for money withdrawal remains unchecked. There's no option to edit the bank account details. I need assistance to ensure the withdrawal information is accepted and to proceed with the process. It's urgent as I need the funds for Misha's upcoming vet appointment. I urge GoFundMe to provide better customer support and a phone line for assistance to avoid any issues with donations being refunded. Thank you. - William K Rollins III (Kenny)

I recently added a beneficiary to my GoFundMe campaign. I had intended for the donations to be transferred to her bank account after withdrawal, for her to then pass the funds back to me. Unfortunately, the transfer did not go through as planned because she was missing a required document. She explained she lacks a utility bill under her name reflecting her address on her ID. I am now seeking guidance on how to reassign the donations back to my campaign so I can select a different recipient who possesses all necessary documentation. I have been actively looking on the website for any available options to resolve this issue. I also posted my concern on the site but have not received a response in the past week.

Hello, I am a member of a global community of artists consisting of over [redacted] individuals. We are not an official organization but a group of like-minded people who come together to support each other in artistic and political endeavors. Recently, one of our fellow artists in Athens has faced challenges with a landlord, prompting us to initiate a private donation drive to assist her. As I was among the first to see the email chain, I set up a GoFundMe (GFM) account for this purpose. Living in New Zealand, I mistakenly selected Australia as it was the nearest supported country on GFM, not realizing the implications as a non-citizen. Recognizing my error, I may need to close the account, with funds returned. However, the process of setting up a new GFM account can delay our friend's urgent housing needs in Athens. Fortunately, a colleague in Australia is willing to provide necessary identification, proof of address, and bank details to manage the funds. We seek guidance on whether she can become the account administrator or have the funds deposited into her account for direct transfer to Athens. With $[redacted] raised discreetly within our community, we are committed to ensuring our friend in Athens receives the support she urgently requires. Any advice on how to navigate this situation efficiently and ethically would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Nathan P. [redacted] +64 [redacted]

I supported a campaign created in December [redacted] by donating a significant amount multiple times. However, it seems the funds were never utilized, making me feel deceived. It appears the campaign beneficiary, Gillian Bertram, may not be in as much need as portrayed since five years have passed without the funds being used. As someone with fewer resources who values hard work, I am requesting a refund of my donation made to the "Gilly's Brain Cancer" fund. My name is Candace Setter and you can reach me at [redacted] Thank you.
