My son, Gabe Fuson, has a GoFundMe account that was set up after he was involved in a college wreck. We received an email on May 4th stating that his bank withdrawal information was verified, and withdrawals could begin in May. However, despite updating his license and bank statement as requested, there have been no deposits made to his account, and the withdrawal date keeps changing. We urgently need these donations for his medical bills, and his donors are concerned about why GoFundMe is not depositing the funds into Gabe Fuson's account. The page was created around May 1st by Michael Robertson. I have contacted GoFundMe multiple times since May regarding this issue. Should we escalate this matter to resolve it? Numerous generous donations are awaiting deposit into my son's bank account, but no deposits are pending according to his bank records.

I recently created an account for a friend, but she mistakenly believes I received money from it, which is not true. I have since canceled the account and need official confirmation of this action. I want to make it clear that I have no ties to the account and have not received any funds from it. I would appreciate it if the GoFundMe team could verify this information to clear my name. I am reaching out for assistance after falling victim to a money laundering scam. Initially, I received a $[redacted] deposit into my bank account, followed by harassing messages demanding its return. Being naive and frightened, I complied. Subsequently, I discovered their check was fraudulent, leaving me responsible for replacing the $[redacted]. I have reported the incident to the FBI and Police Department. The bank's fraud department has contacted me, demanding the money be repaid immediately. As a single mother, I do not have the funds. I suggested a monthly payment of around $[redacted], but this was refused, with threats of legal action if not reimbursed promptly. Feeling desperate and fearful for my child's future, I acknowledge my error in this situation and the need for help as my bank is not supportive but instead escalating. Your guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I created a GoFundMe to raise funds for in-home care for my girlfriend post-surgery, but she decided to end our relationship and move out. Despite withdrawing $[redacted] the day before, she experienced a psychotic break, leading to police involvement. She is falsely accusing me of setting up the fundraiser then forcing her out. However, the money was always meant for my account to cover the care expenses, not for her directly. Now, she claims I'm committing fraud by withholding the funds. I want to ensure I avoid legal trouble since the donations were not intended for her, and most donors do not want the money to go to her. I wish to return the funds to the donors for them to decide if they still want to support her. During my visit to my mom's house in Tennessee, I encountered an issue as she seemed to be under the influence of drugs. I hastily left and returned to Minnesota on May 26th. I am concerned about whether my mom cashed the check in question to obtain drugs. If so, I may need to involve the police and press charges. I signed up with GoFundMe approximately four years ago to raise funds for promoting my work but lost touch with the account since then. I am now unable to access my GoFundMe account and seek assistance. I registered with the website using my business name as John Lucas or possibly my legal name, John Paulinac. I was expecting a deposit on the 25th of this month. However, my bank account that was initially linked to it has been closed. I discussed this with a support representative last night, and she mentioned it was deposited on the 21st. Given that my old bank account was already closed before the 21st, I believe the deposit could not have been made to it. I have updated my new routing number for deposits. Hi, I am Karen Landaverde. I am having trouble accessing my AOL email where the funds for my 14-year-old grandson's braces were supposed to be sent. My Facebook account got hacked, and AOL is not accepting emails. Facebook froze my account because someone from another country was trying to withdraw money, and there was over $[redacted] in the account. I can't access it. I have spoken to Facebook, and they advised me to use my new email, which is [redacted] I think my password was changed by the hackers. Hello, I am urgently seeking assistance. I recently received an email regarding accepting funds for the Connemarathon for our charity on May 16th - details are in the attached email. After providing all the necessary bank account information, I received a confirmation email stating the withdrawal setup was successful - details below. However, there has been no further communication until recently when a deadline of July 5th to withdraw the funds was mentioned. Despite entering our details multiple times on the website, it still shows 'set up withdrawals'. The individual who initiated the GoFundMe campaign to assist me in returning home following my brother's passing, and who is responsible for three children I now help care for, has ceased transferring funds to my card. They have utilized the money to support their children. I am unsure how to address this issue and retrieve the funds that were intended to aid me. Unaware of the fundraiser until informed by a donor, I find it disheartening that someone could profit from my tragic situation. The funds were designated for my return journey and to provide for the infants, not for personal gain. I believe action should be taken against this individual. Restitution or reimbursement for all donors appears necessary. They must be held accountable for their actions.

I have experienced hacking for over 10 years and am concerned that someone is trying to steal my accounts. My roommate, Mr. Mueller, and I have lived together as roommates for over 16 years. We are facing homelessness and need to ensure our accounts are secure. We have dealt with neighbors who are hackers, liars, and cheaters and have had mail stolen. Requesting assistance to secure our accounts and only use our P.O. Box for communication due to security concerns on our street. The sender, Michael B A I R D, mentioned that the money has not been refunded into their account. The GoFundMe campaign raised $[redacted], but the funds are now missing since they were not withdrawn within the 30-day limit. Kindly contact the payee at [redacted], which is Michael Baird's phone number. A friend of mine received a refund, but I am unable to retrieve my funds from GoFundMe. Hello, I am looking to create a GoFundMe page for a unique cause - to help a sheriff's department secure funding for a cold case. I have received approval from both the prosecutor and the sheriff for this initiative. Additionally, I have arranged to open an account at a local bank to manage the funds. My goal is to have the GoFundMe page set up so that donations are directly deposited into this account. I am considering whether to create the page for the current sheriff or the sheriff's office. In addition, I am looking to establish a PayPal account to transfer donations seamlessly. It's important to note that I do not intend to have access to the funds. I created an account for someone else, but unfortunately, I made a mistake with the email address, leaving out a letter "i." This error is preventing the beneficiary from accepting the invitation. Additionally, I have been attempting to update the phone number associated with the account, as it still belongs to the person I set it up for over a year and a half ago. This results in her receiving verification codes that she then forwards to me. I am having trouble making these changes and find the situation very frustrating. When I try to enter my personal and banking details on GoFundMe's verification system, it doesn't seem to recognize the information. As a result, I can't transfer my funds to my bank account. I might have made a small typo when I first entered my information. If there's an alternative way to verify my details, I believe this issue can be resolved.
