The first two checks failed to be delivered and then go fund me customer support told me my check would be here by February **th, it has taken two months for me to receive my grandfathers earning for him and I honestly want ALL of my donors to have a refund on every dime of their money. You have over ***$ of my family and friends personal money and if it is this difficult for you to send out this check, I will be making a complaint. Fraudulent activity IS against the law and so is theft. I got another email on February **th at *:** am stating ANOTHER check is on its way and will be here within *-** business days, I have been waiting two months, my grandfather has been waiting two months and he has cancer, so please, where is my money?!
on the days that each check was suppose to arrive, I would receive another email stating my check was sent out the day it was due to be in my mailbox.

I am a new customer for two months now, I chose go fund me because I always saw good reviews for it. I tried to reach my goal but it was Christmas time so it was very difficult. I have been VERY patient waiting for our withdraw funds and now that I still have not received any of the checks that were sent out, I am becoming frustrated.
