I am almost finished working on my funding project. I have a great picture or video of the railroad that I would like to share. The image is stored on my Galaxy S5 phone in an app called Drive. I am unsure how to upload the picture to my funding site, as my phone is running Windows 10. When I first saw the picture, I was impressed by how nice the railroad looked and wondered who built it. It was only upon closer inspection that I realized it was my own railroad. This railroad project aims to educate high school students in various subjects like electronics, physics, math (track geometry), art (backdrops), manufacturing, photography, videography, and electrical science (digital and analog). I joined GoFundMe approximately six weeks ago to raise funds for testing for a new artificial kidney transplant. Initially, I received $[redacted] in donations, but due to issues with my phone, I couldn't access my bank account to retrieve the funds for two weeks. Upon resolving the phone problem, I discovered that the donation had been mailed to my bank. However, according to Facebook, there were supposed to be more donations about a month ago. Hello, two days ago, I created a GoFundMe account for my father, John Wallace, under the title "Jack's Journey." I provided my checking account details and initiated the withdrawal process, setting it for daily withdrawals. However, I am now concerned as I have not received any emails or indications on my GoFundMe profile regarding the withdrawal status. While the withdrawal information is correctly entered on our profile, it shows that no withdrawal has been finalized. I am unsure if a withdrawal is only marked as completed once it's deposited into the account. This is my first time setting up a GoFundMe page, and I'm uncertain about the typical confirmation process or expected timeline for the withdrawal to reflect in my bank account, knowing it can take 2 to 5 business days. I just want to ensure the withdrawal request is proceeding as expected to get the funds to my father promptly.

My mother donated $[redacted] to one of my child's friends who had a compelling story about needing help for her babies. Unfortunately, we recently discovered that the friend has passed away due to a drug-related issue, and her story was not entirely truthful. Despite numerous Facebook posts projecting a different image, she hid her struggles well. While I understand that our judgment may have been flawed, we are now wondering if my mom could possibly get her donation back if the GoFundMe page has not been accessed. My mom has a kind heart and financial struggles of her own, so it's difficult to accept that her generosity was taken advantage of. I would like to request a refund for all donations made on GoFundMe. When I look at the tab, I only see withdrawals, not payments. Once the donations are returned, I would also like to deactivate or delete the account. There are concerns about direct donations to the funeral home not being used for the deceased's intended purpose but instead applied to an old debt of a family member who passed away 3-4 years ago. The funeral home director has been unresponsive to my attempts to contact them by phone or email to address this issue and set up a fund for the transportation costs for the deceased. I am seeking assistance in returning these donations to the rightful donors.

Hi, I am Roseann Gavarone, and I co-administrate with my son Michael Gallagher. Our fund was initially created to assist with my other son Jim Gallagher's medical bills after a tragic accident. Unfortunately, Jim passed away due to severe burns. After his passing, we began receiving checks from the fundraiser which were going towards his funeral expenses and his children. I would appreciate a detailed printout of the donations received, the deducted fees, and the amounts of the checks issued as I no longer have access to the fund's information. The checks may have been addressed either solely to my son Michael or to both of us. To settle matters for Jim's children, we have set up a trust bank account in our names. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Karie Cornelius. I have participated in several campaigns for people in need, but this current one is becoming frustrating. Yesterday, I received an email from WePay requesting more information to verify my identity. I promptly submitted a photo of my driver's license, but apparently, that wasn't sufficient. I went further by sending pictures of my social security card, birth certificate, and even my marriage license. Despite already providing my bank account information, I re-entered it as requested. It's perplexing that as we are approaching our fundraising goal for my next-door neighbor's necessary surgery, WePay is starting to send payments back. This situation needs to be resolved promptly. My stepson and soon-to-be ex-wife have falsely opened an account to extort $10,[redacted] by portraying me as an abusive spouse. This is a clear case of fraud. I am facing harassment on my GoFundMe from individuals affiliated with the party against whom I have a restraining order. They are falsely labeling my campaign as fraudulent. I possess documents supporting the legitimacy of my situation. Today, I filed a report with the sheriff, and it will be forwarded to the district attorney. I can provide the report number if needed. I have evidence such as screenshots of the restraining order, supporting documents, deleted comments on my GoFundMe, screenshots of someone sharing my fundraiser and urging others to report it as a scam, and spreading lies about me. Authorities are involved and are handling it as a case of harassment.

In April [redacted], I set up a GoFundMe account for a friend's husband who needed a kidney transplant. I raised $[redacted] before fees and provided my bank account details and mailing address during account setup. For the past 8 months, I have been attempting to withdraw the funds to pass them on, but I keep receiving emails stating a check has been sent for $[redacted].82, which I never receive. When I log into the account, it shows "withdrawal on hold" and mentions I should receive an email, but since February this year, I haven't received any communication or the funds. I have come across an account on the site that contains factually inaccurate information. The details concerning these two children being taken from their parent are incorrect. The children are actually under the guardianship of a family member due to the parent's endangerment of them. The parent has received court orders which have been disregarded, leading to an emergency safety request filed against them. Numerous statements made by the parent on the account are either fabricated or only partially true. I am concerned for the safety of the children and the misuse of donor funds. I have tried to provide accurate information on the account to prevent donors from being misled, but my comments were removed by the organizer. Despite two attempts to report the account, no action has been taken yet. I seek assistance in getting this account removed to ensure the safety of the children and the integrity of donor contributions.

My friend Jayme Tenbrook set up a GoFundMe account after my 17-year-old daughter, Alyssa Marie Pfeilsticker, passed away suddenly in her room on May 14th. I had taken her to several hospitals and doctors due to migraines, but they did not perform a CAT scan or an MRI despite my requests. Tragically, we later learned she had a rare brain tumor called juvenile pilocytic astrocytoma. If the medical professionals had listened to me, my daughter might still be alive. Jayme withdrew the GoFundMe money weeks ago, but it hasn't appeared in her account yet and is still pending. She is distraught over this delay. I am concerned about a donation made to the GoFundMe page for the Antonio & Dominick’s Memorial. I had various friends contribute, but when I spoke to the family, they mentioned not receiving the funds. Approximately $25,[redacted] was raised, and a month ago, the family was asked for their bank account details to verify the authenticity of their situation. This family, who tragically lost two boys, is in need, and it is distressing to think this might be a scam. I have been a frequent donor to various causes on this platform and hope this issue can be promptly resolved. The family, who was in court today for the legal proceedings related to the accident involving their sons, expressed their concerns to the District Attorney. It was suggested to them to file a fraud report with the Police Department. I urge someone to address this promptly as I believe this may just be an oversight.

I am having issues accessing the funds from my account due to a GoFundMe page created for my deceased father, Hyson Sabb, without my consent. I need help with accessing my GoFundMe account for my mom. Initially, I set it up using my old email which I can no longer access. I attempted to update the account to my new email and last name but ended up creating a duplicate account unknowingly.
