I've had a Godiva account for many years, but I'm currently facing an issue. Each time I attempt to claim my monthly piece of chocolate, the store staff informs me that I haven't spent $10 in a year. I know I have made numerous purchases this year, including buying four bars on November 8 to reach the required amount. Despite this, my account has yet to be corrected. I kindly request for this matter to be resolved promptly so that I can receive my monthly piece of chocolate and the birthday gift for this month. Thank you.

I recently purchased the 12 piece signature chocolate truffles gift box for Valentine's Day. However, upon opening the box, I discovered that there were only 7 chocolates inside. Unfortunately, the store is quite far away from me, making it difficult to return for a refund. This situation is disappointing, especially since I had saved up for weeks to buy a special gift for my girlfriend. I have been a loyal customer for years and have never encountered this issue before. While I understand that mistakes can happen, I would greatly appreciate a coupon or discount so I can purchase another box without exceeding my budget. I have spent two hours trying to make a payment online, but each time I tried, my order's addresses and messages got deleted. This experience has been awful, and I may never order from you again. I placed an online order on December 7 with order number #[redacted] for item #[redacted], the Signature Chocolate Basket with standard shipping. Although I was assured I would receive a tracking number, I have yet to get one. My friend, the recipient, can only receive packages through USPS, not UPS or FedEx. I checked online but couldn't find information on the shipping carrier for my order. Can you please confirm if my order will be shipped via USPS and provide an estimated shipping and delivery date? I received a Godiva gift basket valued at around $60 for Christmas at Angela B., Bo A., [redacted] East Mountain View Road, [redacted], Scottsdale AZ, [redacted]. I wanted to express my disappointment with the changes in the product quality. The current ownership has transformed what was once a fantastic product into an oversweetened "chocolate-like" item that lacks high-quality cocoa/cocoa butter. The new quality is now comparable to Hershey's candy bars and far below Toblerone's $7/lb chocolate bars. The decline of the Godiva product mirrors what the Pierre Cardin fashion empire did to their brand: a complete cheapening for mass appeal. I bought your Godiva Belgium Masterpieces chocolates recently. When I opened the bag, I discovered at least three sealed packets that were empty with no chocolates inside. Finding them was disappointing. If there is a way to receive compensation for the empty packets, please advise. Hello, I recently ordered 20 boxes of 4-piece assorted truffles online on December 10th. Unfortunately, I received an email last Friday informing me that my order was canceled without any suggestions for reordering. To make matters worse, there has been no refund issued yet. I have been a loyal customer of your company for many years, frequently purchasing corporate gifts, and this experience has left me extremely disappointed. I had to resort to purchasing from another chocolate company at a higher cost to replace the order. The lack of communication and customer service in this situation has left a negative impression on me. Hello, I made a purchase online on 11/28 with web order [redacted]. I selected priority shipping to a P.O. Box, but received an email saying it can't be delivered that way and will be sent standard. I was informed it should arrive by the end of last week, but I have not received any shipping confirmation. I now want to cancel the order and get a full refund. Thanks, Melanie B.

I placed an order with Godiva on December 12th to be delivered within 7-9 days before Christmas. Unfortunately, the chocolates only arrived on December 28th without any notification of the delay. I purchased the chocolates online on the Godiva website, including a message for my brother's family. I understand the holiday rush, but it would be helpful to have a system in place for notifying customers of delays so they can consider canceling the order. A refund for the delayed delivery would be greatly appreciated.

I received a package of Godiva Domes as a gift recently. Prior to trying them, I was cautioned about a hard ball in the center. As anticipated, I encountered the hard ball, which could pose a risk to one's teeth if unexpected. It's concerning that Godiva includes this element without providing a warning. Aside from this, the Domes are delicious, but the hard ball should definitely be removed. I appreciate the heads-up I received. If there's a version of Godiva Domes without the hard ball, I would be interested in hearing about it. Thank you for letting me share my experience.

I recently purchased the Chocolate Domes from Costco and encountered a problem. The hazelnut inside was extremely hard and posed a choking hazard. It was concerning, especially as it could be dangerous for children. While I enjoy Godiva chocolates, this experience was disappointing. I wanted to share this feedback with the makers in hopes of improving the product. Considering how much I like their chocolates, I am not seeking a refund, just hoping they address this issue.
