I ordered a HP **A (Q****A) toner cartridge for my laser printer from your company through amazon.com and received it on *******.The cost was $***.**. The cartridge needed to be available for when the current cartridge ran out. When I opened the new cartridge last week, it was defective. Amazon.com said your policy is ** days for a return and the request for a refund was over the time limit. However, I would still like to be compensated for this defective cartridge, because I trusted that your product would be in working condition when needed. Like many companies, it was in our supply inventory for future use. I have reviewed my paperwork from when I placed the order, and, although I saw that the product was coming through your company, there was no information on your return policy. The loss of $***.** is not a small matter to a small company. I hope to hear from you soon. I may be reached at ***-***-****, **.
