I have a pending transaction. We rented a uhaul using my card. Uhaul put a hold for $***ish while gobank held an additional $***. This was on the *******. We returned the uhaul on ******* and was charged $***ish and the $*** released by the **th. Now it’s the **th and gobank still hasn’t released my $***. They said they can’t release it til May **th. Like I’m what no. How can they do that. Uhaul said they would try to fax or email them to release the funds. So I need a fax and or email for the department that releases funds.
