I’ve been trying to talk to someone about money being sent to me from another GoBank account. It saying the recipient gobank account can’t accept money at this time.. I’ve been calling for over an hour and the automated message says let me get you a rep and then it says goodbye. I would like to speak with a supervisor or I will be closing my account or I’ll be reaching out to the proper authorities about this matter. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. I’ve been with gobank for some years now. I will be looking into changing banks.
