I have called a number of times not just today but I haven't left on hold for over an hour and tonight I was hung up on clearly your automated system no that have repeatedly called it tells me that but you would think that your customer service if it cared about customers we'll take care of the needs and they have not. My repeated calls I do to the transactions being denied for insufficient funds when I have money in my account to cover them, why is that and can somebody please fix it.
GetHuman-ncobos did not yet indicate what Gobank should do to make this right.
