Help with my Gobank issue

My account is blocked because I changed my address and lost my card . I called GoBank and was instructed to change my address online then use the app to order a new card. I did exactly what she told me. I also instructed her that I was still using my account to pay bills and I planned on paying my rent on Thursday so if ordering the new card would interfere with that the I could wait . I was told that it wouldn’t. I’ve already sent my identification for review and I need my account unlocked so I can pay my rent
GetHuman-ill_st did not yet indicate what Gobank should do to make this right.
