I have been trying to get a live person to address my issue with Gobank. If I do not resolve this issue with Gobank in the next two days I will dissolve my my relationship with them. My purse was stolen with all my identification, credit cards etc. I wrote a letter to Gobank telling them this information and asked that my address be updated along with sending me a new debit card. I am no longer able to access my account online and Gobank wants me to send them a copy of identification I do not have at this point. The person that stole my wallet has all my identification and can get information that I can not access. I am very dissatisfied with not being able to get a live representative on the telephone. I would like Gobank to give me a call at (***) ***-****.
