Gobank's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-sekhonro a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!

I have two transactions ****** Sun RAIL EUROPE in the amount of $-$***.**.******* Wed. HOLIDAYCARS.COM*Purchase - Automobile Rentals*$-$***.**. **I had to cancel the reservations due to some family emergency and I would like to be refunded of the amount listed above. I still am not showing my refund processed by gobank. My question is that will I be refunded in the amount of $***.** to my debit card or will I loose this amount.
GetHuman-sekhonro did not yet indicate what Gobank should do to make this right.
