I was trying to get my hard earned money back so i can move on with my life. ... It has been * months since i reported my card stolen. On that day and at that time i was able to speak to an actual person. Five months later i am actually speaking to a human agian and they close my account and tell me that they will send out a check with the remaining balance in the mail. Idk why my account was closed for one and for two months have gone by and still no card, no check, and no human! I've sent email after email to the claims department and still nothing! This situation could have been handled way before now if there was someone customers could actually speak to.
This is especially frustrating because the money that was on that card was all the money i had. I had no where to go or food to eat for months. Only for them to ignore me. It was just unacceptable.
They could make this right by being a responsible company and speak to me like a vauled customer and give me my hard earned money back.
I had been a happy customer with gobank for *years until i lost my card. And from the moment I reported it I felt as though they were ignoring me or treating the situation as if I was the criminal.
I've tried waiting patiently only not to hear a word. Then I've tried outside resources like this website. And still no help there.
