The issue in GetHuman-mjhandre's own words
Hi Go Bank, *My name is Matthew Andrewes, and I am a victim of fraud by one of your customers who changed my ADP information to their Go Bank account on Friday April **th, around *:** pm in the afternoon. It was not until May **th, however, that my paycheck of $*,***.** was wired to this Go Bank account number: **** **** ****. Please contact one of my bosses or the EF Boston payroll department to verify everything I am saying. My immediate boss is Alison Warren, Academic Director of EF Boston: *****@***.com* her boss is Brian Compagna: *****@***.com* Marc Kets, the Director of EF North America Academic Management: *****@***.com* and EF Boston Payroll: *****@***.com. NB: please email at least two people to verify what I have told you because I believe that it was someone within EF who has done this—they changed my EF email address by removing a period and then changed it back* thus they have the ability to create new EF email accounts and new my ADP password* they also must have used an EF computer, because EF employees are not authorized to change their direct deposit info from a home computer.
GetHuman-mjhandre did not yet indicate what Gobank should do to make this right.
