I use gobank for my direct deposit from my job and I'm the soul provider of my family and I said before my wallet was lost and before I reported lost I tried to see if there was a alternative like adding a new card that I could get and transfer funds but no there isn't so I made a purchase first because I knew that once I reported lost I wasn't going to be able to for at least a couple days but then it was said that there was suspicious activityand blocked my account. The only thing I could think what that was it was a pending transaction and once it tried to go through I had already reported lost which probably caused that activity then block but don't have money to get new id without my card.. personally I think the information that you have to give to the customer service number to check account should be sufficient to identify me as me to unblock. And now having trouble making to work and may result in me losing my job.. I JUST NEED MY ACCOUNT UNBLOCKED NOW. I love the card and it's convenience it gave me, but somethings need to be addressed
