Here's what happened I lost my wallet with my ID and my gobank card and then I emailed to ask if I could get another card and transfer everything over or how long it was going to take for a new card when I reported it lost they got back to me in * days and told me that I couldn't get another card and transfer it over I had to receive another card from you guys and it would take * business days so I used my card that was on file on my Xbox for Microsoft One More Time before I reported it lost because I knew I wasn't going to be able to use my card for at least a day or two or until I got my new card and then I reported it lost and two days later after it told me that it was going to be a day before I was going to be able to online bill pay again with my information and then I was emailed that there was a problem with my account and it was blocked and I am trying to talk to somebody on the phone because all my money that I would need to get a new ID that I don't have anymore would be on the card but the email said that I had to photo a copy of my ID in order to unblock it but I can't do that because I don't have a ID because it was lost with my card in my wallet and I am having a difficult time trying to talk to somebody to resolve this issue
