My original card was lost and I requested a new one that I have not received. Today I got a message that I am locked out of the account because of unusual activity. When I try to take the steps to unlock the account, it asks for the ** digit card number for the card that I have not received yet! I am calling the customer service number and have been on hold for over an hour for the second time today. PISSED OFF!
GetHuman-kazt did not yet indicate what Gobank should do to make this right.
