Talk to a person ... Blocked account! Was told to upload my DL for verification and that it would take two days. I uploaded my do***ents and was told my upload was successful * days ago, still can't log into my account, or talk to an actual person when I call in. I went back and uploaded do***ents for yet a second time today, but still am not bring given the option to talk to a live customer service representative. This has got to be the absolute worst customer service I have EVER felt with in my entire life. I have bills that need to be paid, and transactions that I need to dispute, can't even ego that!
