I don't have an access code. Yesterday I called customer service and the person helped me to sort out changing the primary email associated with our company account ans such and today the party that I needed to remote in could not get in all of the way. How GetHuman4602069 fixed the problem
I didn't realize that the access code was initiated from my computer. Bottom right corner next to date*time is that up arrow. Clicked on that arrow and have the GoToMyPC icon. Change access code is a choice. Log in from that choice and create a new one.
